Big Red Bow

Zak's POV

It's been about a week since me and Liam got together and I have to admit, I'm happy. My grades are improving and mine and my mums relationship has never been healthier.

Right now me and Liam were putting up the Christmas tree with carols on in the back ground. Mum and gran were in the kitchen doing God knows what.

"Can't be alone under the mistletoe" I sang along with Britney Spears - my only wish "he's all I want in a big red bow" Liam was crouched fixing the bottom of the tree so I took it as an opportunity to stick a red bow to his forehead.

"Really? Was that completely necessary?" He had his arms around me before I could run. He picked me up and I wrapped my legs around his waist.

"I was just listening to the song" I smiled and pecked his lips "you look pretty in a bow" I added flicking at the bow on his head. He kissed me and put me down.

"You boys almost finished in there" my gran came in holding a cup of tea.

"Yeah, just the star and the piano to do now" I smiled while finishing off the fireplace.

"Okay but remember you promise you come shopping with me" I place the fake snow on the top piano followed by the Santa, snowman and penguin ornaments.

"We will just as soon as we've finished here Mrs Higgs" Liam smile. He packed all the unused decorations in the boxes while I finished off the piano.

I looked at it, it's been along time since I've played at home. It was gran that taught me to play when I was younger and every christmas we'd all gather round the piano and sing while she play. That hasn't happened in a while because of me.

I sat down and hit a few keys, I smiled at all the good memories that came flooding back, when I was happy. Well I'm happy now so why not play.

I began to play our song and it really did feel like christmas now.

I know christmas is over and done with for another year but with everything I had on I just had no time to write this one. Plus this is a really cute part of the story
