Chapter Seven

I gotta admit, I was kind of sad... that scene ruined everything, but we just laughed it off. Looking at the bright side, I actually think I might have a chance with her but what about that guy? I don't wanna get between them. I don't know what to do. I don't know how she's going to react about the almost kiss... OH god now I don't want her talk about that, what if she's not really into me...

"Can you pass me the bowl please" she awkwardly. I mean who wouldn't feel awkward after that. I do that's for sure...

"Of course!" She smiled and ate a popcorn

"Hey and about that mome-"

I interrupted her "Hey Demi, it's okay... Don't worry, maybe it was for the best. You already like that guy and it would just be inappropriate, we're totally okay." I faked smile and went to my balcony where I sat looking at the moon. Few minutes later she came and sat beside me.

"You know Zac, umm I -I never said anything about liking him" She said smirking then touching my shoulder so that I would look at her.

And that's what I did but in that moment a small gust of wind hit her which made her hair go back making her face more visible and it was then when I could smell her amazing and unique perfume. I started staring at her which probably made things a bit more weirder but I just couldn't control it. I think she noticed cause she started to look down as if she was getting a bit insecure. I put lock of hair she had on her face under her ear and made her face me.

"Demi there's no reason for you to be insecure, you're perfect just the way you are. Your flaws make you who you are, and that is one sexy women and not only that but one big inspiration and role model to this teen generation, and that Demi, is for being who you are... by being yourself. I was actually admiring you a few seconds ago"

She looked at me and I could see she was blushing a bit but hiding it by looking at moon "Thank you Zac, you don't know how much it means to me... I'm thankful everyday because I have someone like you in my life Zac" She puts her head on my shoulder

"You know Demi, I'm also really thankful to have you in my life too. You continue to inspire me everyday. You're an amazing role model and I bet all your fans are also really thankful to have you in their lives... you should't be insecure about anything and if one day you need someone to remind you just call me. I'll gladly remind you."

"Thanks Zac"

With that she lay on my lap and we looked at the sky together...
