After we went for a swim, it was time to get ready to go out. For some crazy reason, I just couldn't get Rudy off of my mind. Maybe today's the day I finally make my move, I thought to myself.
"Knock Knock," a voice said.
"You know, opening my door and saying knock knock is not the equivalent to actually knocking," I smirked.
"Yeah, yeah. Whatever," JD said. "Where are you?"
"In the bathroom," I responded and JD walked in a few seconds later. He jumped up and sat on my counter.
"So... how ya been?" he asked.
"Good," I said while applying some more product to my hair.
"That's good," he smiled.
"I assume that you didn't just come here to chat about my well being Jonathan, what's up?" I asked making him laugh.
"Actually, I realized we haven't had a heart-to-heart convo in a while," he shrugged. I noticed he was already dressed for the movies.
"Well, I gotta get ready so this is going to have to be a mobile heart-to-heart," I joked and we both smiled. JD and I talked while I did my hair and makeup and while I picked out my outfit. It was nice to just chill with him and not talk about boys or drama, but have actual conversation.
About an hour later, JD left so I could get changed. I wore a black, cropped tube top, blue ripped jeans with a belts, and black vans. My makeup was simple with a black lip and my hair was up with some rubberbands in it.

I grabbed my mini purse and headed out. When I got downstairs, everyone was already there except for Chase and Cline.
"Girl, your edges are fire!" Maddie gasped, rushing over to me to get a better look at my hair. "Are those rubberbands in your hair? That must have taken hours."
"She did it in twenty mintues, I was there," JD confirmed. I noticed Rudy glance at him... is that jealousy I see? Nah, I'm probably just imagining things.
