Chapter 5

Madi's P.O.V

Monday = the crappiest day of the week... Unless you friends with me

I went to school , with jeans and a white t shirt that say "NOPE DOPE" . I don't know where I find these shirts

Half way during 5th period I had the sudden desire to take off my shoes. And believe me I do what I want when I want. If you haven't already noticed

So I took off my shoes. The were only slides so they were easy to come on and off.

I waked around the class with out shoes. And when we went to all our other classes I carried my shoes and just walked in my Nike elites.

9th period is study hall which u can do your homework but I didn't have any so I went in the hallway and just slid around. My friends joined me.

I went home and Matty was having Jocelyn over again. She seems really nice but why can't I have any friends over.

"Mom seriously why am I not allowed to have friends over ?" I asked my mom

"I don't know " she said to busy on the computer

"But you let Matty have friends over" I said

"It's his crush and he just wants to have a girl friend for once " she said

"I'm fucking 16! You don't think I have a crush ! Matt already two girl friends and he is 11 going 12! I'm fucking 16 and never had a boyfriend" I paused "but the real reason you don't let me have friends over because we all know you favor Matt !"

"I do not" she yelled at me

"Um you kinda do" dad came in

"What? I do not " mom said

"Then tell me why you let Matty have friends over and do what ever he wants. Not only am I not allowed to have friends over but you haven't let me go to any of my friends since I was 8!" I screamed "and you fucking wonder why I act like a dim shit with nothing to do with her life!"

Matt's P.O.V

Mom does favor me. We all know it. I wish she didn't.

I mean I have everything, I have parents who love me, I play baseball, I'm halfway famous for singing , I'm close to having my 3rd girlfriend

Where as Madi , dad loves Madi , I'm not sure about mom. Madi doesn't play a single sport, she isn't even close to famous I mean people don't even think she is my sister. Yet Madi is so pretty and has the chance to do stuff other people can't but mom holds her back.

I want to help Madi. But I don't know how.

Madi came walking back downstairs with her car keys and phone

"I don't know about you but I'm out" she said

"Where do you think your going !" Mom yelled

"To Taylor's cause she couldn't come her" Madi said and walked away ignoring mom

... Good for Madi. This Is her first time hanging out with a friend out of school since she was 8.

Sometimes I thought madi just said she had friends.

Jocelyn went to my baseball game with me.

Once I got to the field I saw Madi , Taylor , and two guys and the park.

Oooooooooooo.

Taylor , Madi , and the guys went and sat in the bleachers. Jocelyn went and sat with them.

After the baseball game Madi wanted to take a picture of me and Jocelyn.

Me and Madi went home. Madi drove Jocelyn home and then went home.

"Do you have a boyfriend?" I asked in the car

"No" she said

"Who were those guys" I asked

She looked at me then back at the rode "just some friends"

"It's ok I won't tell mom" I said

"I'm telling you Matty I don't have a boyfriend and frankly I don't think I will ever have a boyfriend. I mean mom ruined that for me. You can tell mom I was hanging out with Taylor and two guys cause you know what she can suck my shitty ass" she said

I laughed and so did she.

"Thanks Matty you are a good little brother. And I like Jocelyn she's a nice girl" she said. I smiled at that

"Do you wanna come to the studio tomorrow?" I asked

"Why?" I said

"Cause it's Saturday so u won't miss school and why not" I said

"Sure" she said and we got home.
