A New Chapter of Life

Where is He?

3 months later

I'm cautiously making my way around New York. I managed to drive off my enemy, Yamada. He was  sure a lot stronger than Guten.

We've met more than once since then. Each occasion resulting in more injuries than the last.

Kazuki: Gosh, I'm still too weak.

I know that with enough practice, I could beat him. And the MEA wasn't allowed to help either. They only picked up those who I knocked out.

Looking around New York at sunset was by far one of the most brilliant sights I'd ever seen. Sadly, I couldn't talk to my friends anymore as my phone was smashed and therefore I couldn't communicate through my suit.

Mizaki City:

It was early morning, and Nanao couldn't fall asleep. It had been 3 months since they heard his scream, the last time they ever heard from him. She couldn't even bother to watch anime.

This was the case for every club member. Noone was at ease.

Nanao's POV:

His voice still echoes through my head. A scream of surprise as he was snatched away by that damned Yamada. And here we were, helpless.

Nanao: Please be okay....

I got up and sat in my bed. Not only were we forbidden to assist Kazuki, but so was the MEA. It was "for their safety", according to the principal.

Nanao: But what about his safety?!

I couldn't hold back my tears as they escaped my eyes. Why couldn't he have stayed?!

2 months later

Yamabuki: Hey guys!

Everyone turned their attention to Yamabuki. She intently stared at her phone as she motioned them over. They each took a look at her phone to see a message from Beretta.

Beretta: 'Kazuki is alive. However the fight with Yamada isn't over. We're sorry we couldn't help. But having been told against it by Mr. Kuzuryu, we couldn't decline.'

With both happiness and disappointment running through their heads, they remained silent.

Akari: He's ok!!

Enju: Thank gosh...

Then, Yamabuki's phone showed a screen. It was of a construction site. There was noone on the other side of the screen. Just the building.

Yamabuki: And a taxi?!

Enju: There's a girl in there!

???: Yozuki!

Nanao: Is that...

The voice they heard was all too familiar.

A red and blue suit with silver webbing showed up on screen. Near an American flag as Kazuki landed before sprinting forward.

Nanao: Is Yozuki the name of that girl?

Akari: How would he know?!

Tengge: Oh my. It seems he's found himself a girlfriend.

Enju: W-w-w-w-what?!

Akari: Th-that can't be true.

Lily: Besides that. It appears he is going to rescue her. The taxi she's in will fall any second...

And as soon as Lily said those words, the girl was flung out of the taxi. Only to be caught by Spider-Man. Cheers could be heard as New Yorkers cheered his name.
