Please note that you do not have to agree with all of our beliefs (stated in the "What We Believe" chapter of this book). If you disagree with something, you can say so to me (xoxaria) if you feel the need, but it doesn't affect whether or not you will be accepted. :)
🌿 ADMIN REQUIREMENTS 🌿
1. You must be at least 13 years of age (aka the minimum age requirement on Wattpad).
2. You must be a born-again Christian and able to share the gospel (we have non-believers who need to hear the good news!).
3. You must be dedicated active on the ministry (the books don't update themselves!).
4. You must reflect Christ at all times (no swearing, be kind and gentle, and considerate towards others).
5. You must agree to follow all guidelines (which are always listed as drafts in our books), and ask questions (don't guess when you aren't sure, I'm always here to help!)!
🌿 POSITIONS 🌿
→ Head Admin
A head admin oversees the entire account. Unlike a regular admin, they can do both writing and outreach, along with decision making, responding to questions about the ministry, and doing tasks an admin may not be able to fulfill.
This position has more responsibility, and therefore requires more effort and dedication on your behalf. Only apply if you think you'll be able to fulfill this role's requirements.
→ Admin
Writer | A writer admin writes in our books and updates them regularly to give the girls fresh, new, inspiring content weekly. While this position has less responsibility than the head admin, it is very crucial to the management of this ministry and requires someone who is able to be active and dedicated to their mission.
Outreach | An outreach admin is responsible for reaching out to girls across Wattpad through prayer, replying to PMs (and comments), finding Christian books and adding them to our reading list, and more. They also promote the ministry whenever they can. While this position requires the least amount of responsibility, it is very crucial to the spiritual growth of the girls we minister to, and requires spiritual maturity and a servant heart.
