* Serena's pov*
It was Friday, I just got home from school when I got a text from my best friend Sarah. She said that she is having a huge party tonight because her parents aren't home tonight. I decided I will go for a little while, I'm not that big on partying. I guess I'll start getting ready then. I looked in my closet, I have no idea what to wear to these things. I decided on wearing a black strapless dress that ended a little but above the knee. I went into the bathroom to do my hair and makeup. I curled my hair and pined my blonde bangs back. I went with a natural look with my makeup. I put my shoes on and got in my car and headed toward Sara's house.
As I stepped out of my car where a house full of teenagers appears in my sight. I was surprised by how many people snowed up. I headed for the front door and as I walked in I see everyone dancing and grinding on each other. I tried to pass all of them to find my best friend. I finally got through I see my Sara talking to the most popular guy in school. I tried to get her attention but she was focused on talking to him so I decided to go and get a drink. I grabbed a solo cup full of alcohol and sipped it every few mins. I decided to step outside onto her back patio. I sat on the steps and when I looked up I saw a guy with tattoos and piercings wearing black jeans and white tank top and a beanie smoking a cigarette.
"Hey" he said and smirked. "Hey." I said back. He is actually very attractive if you look at him. He's got bright green eyes and the curls coming out of his beanie are cute.
"Why is a pretty girl like you sitting outside by yourself?" He asked with that smirk he's had on his face since I've walked out here. "It's hot in there and I barely no anyone." I said blankly. He just flicked his cigarette and was just standing there staring at me.
"Why are you staring at me?" I asked "I don't know" he said. I don't know what kind of answer is that. "What school do you go to?" I asked trying to make conversation.
"I don't go to school. I dropped out last year." He said and I was shocked why would anyone drop out of school. "Why did you drop out of school?" I asked "I barely know you I'm not gonna spill all of my secrets to you." He said harshly "god sorry i was just asking" I said
"Maybe if we get to know each other a little bit more i might just tell you all my secrets" he said with that smirk that was now making me like him even more. "Do you wanna know something I noticed" he said and I nodded. "You've got many secrets yourself too" he said
It's true I do have many secrets but how did he just notice that? I don't know but I want to get to know him even more now. "How do you know?" I said "Stick around and you might find out" he said. He is very intriguing.
