"Hyung?" I heard Bin said
"What?" I said
"Are you ok?" he asked
"Do you think I'm ok? It's been 2 weeks since she went here.. and I regret everything i've said to her...I didn't mean it Moonbin...I regret everything...and I miss her...I miss her voice, her touch, her kisses...I miss all of her.." I said as I cried hard, remembering all the things I've said to her....
"Hyung....she...nevermind..." Bin said as he saw me crying harder than before...

"Doc? I'm willing to donate my eyes to him....please.... i'm begging you, I couldn't see him like that, please..." I said as I cried while holding the hand of the doctor..
"Ms. are you sure? you will suffer if you do this, you need to think about it..." he said
"I'm sure, when is the operation?" I asked him
"Maybe next week....but are you really sure?" he said, I nod and thanked him while going out of his office...
I got home and go to our room....I opened my closet and saw a box full of letter and stuffs that me and Eunwoo owns...I opened it and saw his confession letter for me, I smiled as I read the letter remembering our high school times...the day he confessed to me was the best thing that ever happened to me....
"I miss you...I'm sorry..." I cried and hugged the letter...
I brough my notebook out of my bag and got a pen and a paper...

"Mr. Lee, we found a donor for you, she said that you needed it than her, we can start the surgery tomorrow" the doctor said
"Really?! oh my! thank you Doc!" I said as Bin hugged me...
"Thank you Sir."Bin said as the doctor got out of the room...
"Bin? do you have news from Y/N?" I asked but all I heard was silence...
"Hyung, I don't, I'm sorry..." I looked down as a teardrop fell from my eyes...
"It's ok, she probably won't forgive me, because of all the things I've said to her...." i said while crying....

I thought while looking at Eunwoo Hyung crying, i wanted to tell him but I made a promise to Y/N, that I wouldn't tell him what she's planning....
