The king take notice of how over worked his son is and sends Scorpius to his brothers in order to hopefully get him to relax and get some much needed rest. Will scorpius want to come home after, or will he have found a new home.

stared up at his father in shock. He could not believe what he as hearing. He was sending him away!
"but dad! I cant go! Tom needs me!" Scorpius exclaimed with a pleading look before turning to Tom who was currently sitting on the ground reading a book. "I cant just leave!" Scorpius exclaimed.
Tom looked up having heard his name.
"Scorpius, you need a break, between your studies, your duties and taking care of Tom. You are over doing it" The king says firmly. "Tom is sick, you know as well as anyone else in this castle how fragile his health is right now" he says.
"exactly! that's why I cant go!" Scorpius exclaimed. "I need to be here! in case something happens"
"no, you are going to go to my brothers, He can take care of you far better than what we can do right now. We need to keep our attention on Tom as much as we can" the King explained. "and with the kingdom dividing our attention, its going to be hard" he added.
"I can help!" Scorpius whined pleadingly. He didn't want to leave his brother.
"That's enough" The king says sharply ending the tantrum that he knew was headed their way. "you are going to my brothers. Scorpius, you are about to fall over as it is" He says watching the younger boy swaying dangerously on his feet as he tried to force himself to stay awake.
The young boy was pale, he had not slept in days. He barely ate anymore. His last check up revealed that he had even lost a lot of weight.
The king had even noticed bruising on the young boy who swears it was from his clumsiness and wrestling around with his brothers. While the king knew his boys were rough with each other, he did not exactly believe that excuse either, but he did not have any other reason to believe other wise, nor proof.
Tom got up from his spot on the floor and walked over to Scorpius after setting his book down. He wrapped his arms around his older brother.
"Scor, Go" Tom says looking up at him pleadingly Scorpius looked down at him shocked. "it will make you feel better. you can come back when you are better" he says trying to encourage his older brother to go. "Please take care of your self. You don't have to worry about me all the time. You are getting sick" He says looking up at him pleadingly.
"But i do worry, you are my brother. I promised that id take care of you" Scorpius says looking down at him hoping that the younger boy would understand.
"you cant take care of me if you don't take care of your self" Tom says as the tears welled up in his eyes. Scorpius felt panic course through him seeing the tears in his brothers eyes.
"please don't cry!" Scorpius groaned. he hated it when Tom cried. "ugh, Fine!" Scorpius groaned. He really did not want to go. Reluctantly he turned and walked out of the throne room and went to his room.
