"So, who will be first?" Farsight asked. "Maybe...what about Moon?" My mother said,"Ah, yes the gifted one." Confused, I wondered,"What do you mean by 'the gifted one'?" Farsight had a look of realization on her face,"Oh yes. She didn't want anyone to know. Moon has the power of mind reading and prophecy."

"But...how?" Farsight explained,"The powers are received by the moons. One moon means that a NightWing dragonet will receive either mind reading or prophecy ability. Two means that you get both. Three could just strengthen your abilities. If you weren't hatched under that mountain, you could've received a lot of power." I could've had actual powers if I wasn't hatched under that mountain. But would I really want powers? "How do you know this?" I questioned. She shrugged,"I guess that was the wisdom blessing, you have it too, it'll develop better overtime. So, let's go to Moon's cave."

When we got there, Moon was already asleep. "How do we enter the dream?" Farsight said uncertainly,"I'm actually not sure. When I visited your dreams, I just told myself that I wanted to enter your dreams and then I was there."

"Wait, you were in my dream? And I couldn't see you?" She nodded.

Take me into Moon's dream, I thought to myself.

When I opened my eyes, I was at Jade Mountain, but there was an avalanche. Dragons screamed and ran around, panicking. There was Moon in the midst of it screaming, "Darkstalker! Help!" Darkstalker? Isn't he just some NightWing ghost story? "Darkstalker is a very misunderstood dragon, Starflight," Farsight told me. Then the vision faded.

There was a new one to replace the one before, but this one was happier. I heard a voice say, If your friend, Starflight had lived and you had succeeded in your future quest, this would've been a possibility of the future.

We were in the library and there was a dragon at the desk. Then I realized that it was me, but I was older and smiling. A small black dragonet ran in, jumped onto the desk, kissed me on the head, grabbed a scroll, ran off, and called,"Thank you, Father! "Don't fly in the tunnels," I called after her.

Tears filled my eyes. If I had lived, I could've had a child with Fatespeaker. If only I had lived. This, Moon, is what we are fighting for. Peace and happiness. I have never met Starflight, but I know that he does not deserve the fate he received. At least his name won't be cursed throughout history like mine.

Then Farsight and I were back in Moon's cave. "Well, that's the end of that dream. Who next?" I didn't hesitate,"Fatespeaker!"

Fatespeaker's dream started out in the rainforest. I was sitting next to her as she read to me. "NightWings are known as the most superior tribe because of their power and skill," she read,"Talk about biased, am I right?" My dream self laughed. "I love you, Fatespeaker."

I saw an IceWing creeping up behind me with her claws outstretched. Before, I could say anything, the IceWing grabbed my dream self's throat, slit it, and ran. Fatespeaker screamed,"NO!"

I found myself crying again when I exited the dream. My mother looked at me sadly, "I know you miss them. When I died, I missed you and Mastermind so much. Even after he kidnapped the RainWings, I loved him. Are you ready for the next dream? May I make a suggestion? How about Mastermind? He's still in the rainforest, but he's been informed of what has happened. Now, I know what you're thinking. We don't have to fly to the rainforest. Just visualize Mastermind in your head and enter his dream."

Mastermind was chained to a wall. I recognized my surroundings as the old NightWing lab on the island. A RainWing walked up to him, smiling evily. "Now, you'll know our pain. No, even better. Let's torture your son." Mastermind pleaded,"No! Please don't! He's all I have left!" I could hear myself scream from a distance. "STOP IT!" Mastermind screamed.

I began to cry again when the dream ended. "I don't think I can do this anymore." Farsight asked,"Do what?" I sighed depressingly,"I don't think I can handle is anymore. How is it that one death- my death could cause so much sorrow?"

I felt Farsight embrace me as I sobbed,"Starflight, I never wanted Morrowseer to take you. But I was also relieved that he took you. The island was never a proper place to raise you. You were destined to end the war. Even though I knew the prophecy was fake, I knew that you would make me proud. Since you don't want to visit dreams anymore, why don't you tell me about how your life was?"

"But you already know," I said.

"I do, but it's comforting hearing you talk."
