"So, this Varlo guy. What does he look like?" Rix questioned, still sipping on his drink. Atreus pulled out a small disc and set it flat on the table. A hologram of a man showed. Not a human man. He had long tentacles down his shoulders. His eyes were large and beady. His skin was a light turquoise with small, dark blue dots. Sula shivered at the sight of him. She sensed a darkness within him.

"Like I said, our rebel troops are being killed off by Varlo and his troops." Rix grabbed the small disc to get a closer look.

"We aren't sure who he's working with," Atreus scowled.

"Well he has the republic's symbol of his belt and uses one of their blasters,"Rix mumbled," He could have stolen them though." Sula was impressed.

"Well, how are we going to find him?" Sula asked, still crossing her arms.

"I know people," Rix smirked. He got up from the table and headed out of the cantina. Atreus quickly followed behind, pulling Sula behind her.

"I assume you have a ship," Rix said, still studying the hologram.

"Yes," Sula said smugly,"An Eta-2 Actis-class interceptor." Rix laughed.

"How fancy," He smirked," Well let's get going." Sula frowned and slowly followed behind Atreus. Atreus pulled her aside.

"Hey," She gasped.

"Sula, you need to show respect to Rix. Without him we wouldn't be able to find Varlo."

"He's a kid!"

"Yes, one of the best 'kids' in the galaxy." Atreus released Sula's arm and led Rix to the speeder. Sula followed behind. She knew she didn't have a choice about the kid. She had to deal with him until the whole mess was over. She got on the speeder.

"Hold on kid,"Rix said.

"Ugh, I'm not touching you," She scowled. The speeder took off forcing Sula to grab Rix.

"Looks like you're touching me," He said, laughing. Sula rolled her eyes. They sped across the sandy desert. The dust kicked up into Sula's eyes and mouth. She hated everything about this trip. The sand, the heat, and the bounty hunter. She thought it couldn't get any worse. Of course she was mistaken.

They got back to the market. As Atreus traded back the speeder, Rix still studied the hologram. Sula was confused. It was just a hologram. How could he see where he is from that?

"Alright, let's get going." Atreus started pushing through the crowd of people. Rix and Sula followed behind.

"Kid, grab my hand,"He said," You could get lost in here." Sula refused, but quickly felt herself being pulled through the crowd. Rix grabbed her wrist and shoved through the crowd. After they got to a clear space Sula yanked her hand away.

"Wow, I was just trying to help you," Rix giggled.

"I didn't need help," Sula frowned.

"Yeah you did," He said," You're tiny, that crowd would have gobbled you up."

"I'm not that tiny," Sula said. Rix was right though. Sula was only 5'3 and easily could have lost her way in the crowd. Rix smiled. Sula was not having it. They both jumped at the sound of Atreus.

"No!" She shouted. The two ran to Atreus.

"What? What happened Master?" Sula questioned. Then she saw their ship, the only way out of this pit of sand, had been ravaged for parts. Atreus ran over to an old man.

"I told you to watch my ship," She shouted.

"Oh," He stuttered," They scavengers paid me five credits." He scurried away. Sula saw her master's face. She hated seeing Atreus like this. Atreus sat down, face in palms. Her violet hair fell onto her face. Sula sat next to her.

"We'll figure something out," She mumbled, trying to give Atreus hope. Rix stood there.

"We could always just take my ship," He said. The two girls looked up.

"Wait, you have a ship?" Atreus asked, getting up.

"Haha, yeah," He chuckled," Manka Hunter." This was the first time Sula was happy he was with them.

"Oh thank goodness," Atreus said, relieved," Let's go then." Sula got up and followed Rix to his ship.

"Here it is." Rix opened the ship."Hop in." Atreus and Sula slowly got in. Sula was impressed. The ship was in fine condition. She walked into the ship and took a seat in the front.

"Buckle up, buttercup," Rix chuckled.

"Don't call me that," Sula said.

"Sheesh, sorry." Atreus took the back seat. They all strapped in.

"Where are we headed," Atreus asked.

"Hoth," Rix said, starting up the ship," Its long ride so strap in." And just like that they were off.
