Sula woke up to the sound of pans clashing. She quickly ran out of the room.
"Oh good morning Sula!" Atreus smiled. Rix chuckled.
"What?"Sula barked.
"Oh nothing." He giggled. Sula let out a sigh and stomped back into the room. She put on her turquoise and tan robes. She squeezed her feet into her boots and wrapped her leather belt around her hips. She put up her hair into a loose bun.She walked out and saw a fresh meal on the table.
"Sula, would you like some eggs and meat?" Mika asked. Sula licked her lips. She was starving.
"Yes please, she agreed. She ran to the table and started gobbling up her breakfast.
"Ahem," Atreus interrupted, glaring at Sula. Sula rolled her eyes and slowed down.
"I packed up some snacks for you three for the trip."Mika put a large pile of food wrapped in cloth on the table.
"Oh Mika you are so kind," Atreus beamed.
"Anything for my little Rix!" Rix cleared his throat at Mika.
"Ugh, fine," Mika chuckled. Sula giggled. Rix kicked her.
"Ouch,"She shouted. She glared at Rix. They finished up their food and started getting ready to leave. They put on their coats and strapped on their goggles.
"Let me give you a ride to your ship on my Flash Speeder." Mika offered.
"That would be wonderful," Atreus called. They packed up the speeder and headed to the ship. When they got to the ship, Mika hugged the three goodbye and kissed Rix on the cheek.
"Please be safe," She requested.
"We will,"Rix answered and got onto the ship. They all took off their winter gear and strapped into their chairs. Rix started up the ship. Just like that they were on their way to Jakku.
"Well, get comfortable," Rix chuckled," It's a couple hours to Jakku." Sula looked over her shoulder and saw Atreus fast asleep.
"Your Master likes flying," Rix laughed.
"She always falls asleep unless she's piloting," She said. She looked at the dashboard. The buttons and gadgets glowed in the darkness of the galaxy. She had always wanted to learn how to fly. Atreus always told her, you need to master your craft. Sula hadn't practiced the force in weeks. She felt weak. All of the padawans her age knew the force. She didn't even know the basics of fighting. Atreus always said she would get it soon, but she doubted herself. Maybe I'm not force sensitive, she thought. She planted her face into her palms.
"Hey, you ok?" Rix reached out. His hand stopped. Sula sighed. He retreated. Sula drifted off to sleep. The turbulence shook her awake.
"Oh, hey you're awake," Rix smiled.
"Sorry, I-" She yawned. Rix interrupted.
"Hey don't apologize, you were just tired."
"Thanks," She mumbled. Atreus started to snore.
"How long has she been snoring?" Sula pointed behind her at her master peacefully sleeping.
"Oh, the whole time you were asleep," he laughed.
"Sorry, I'm not sure if she slept last night."
"Hey, it's fine." Sula looked out and saw Jakku. I must've been asleep for hours, she thought. Rix started to lower the ship. Sula felt nervous. She hadn't been in a real fight before. Atreus woke up in a sweat.
"Master? Are you alright?"Sula reached out.
"Oh, um, yes." She nervously smiled. She scratched her head. "Oh, we made it!" She said, trying to change the subject.
"Alright, get ready,"Rix smiled,"This place is messed up." Sula gulped. I can do this, She thought.
