Tsukishima held a box, walking into his new space. Although it was a pain to get all of his stuff here, that part was finally over. He set down the box he held and looked over the room again; large window facing the street, a private bathroom on the opposite wall, and by the looks of it brought space to hold everything he owned perfectly.
It was only 2:00 p.m. on a Sunday, he had no classes for the first time in a while and Yamaguchi had been nice enough to give him the day off to unpack. However a knock at his door brought his attention back as he went over and opened it. "Tsukishima, I was wondering if you needed any help? I-It's ok if you don't though, I thought I might as well ask since I don't have plans today.." The person saying this was none other than the cute coffee shop owner, Yamaguchi Tadashi.
Tsukishima though about it for a second and said "Sure why not , this way I will have more time to know the area more. I may be a student close by but I don't know many places other than this one and the school. Maybe a certain boss could show me around?" He added at the end.
He saw Yamaguchi's face light up before answering "Of course I will! What kind of boss would I be if I didn't!?" Tsukishima just guessed that the label of "boss" went to his head a little; nonetheless he though it was cute.
"Let's start unpacking yea? Then your super cool boss will show you around!" Yea it definitely went to his head.
"Alright boss man, don't let it go to your head. If you let your ego inflate too much it will end up being huge; it would probably be big enough to rival your clumsiness." Tsukishima replied. He was going to hold yesterday's incident over Yamaguchi's head for as long as he could.
Upon hearing this Yams came back to reality "Gomen Tsuki." He dripped a bit but started smiling again "Do you like the nickname? I thought I would give you one since you are now my employee!" He said before going over to one of the boxes to unpack.
"Tsuki? What kind of nickname is that? Actually nevermind, I don't care what you call me." However he actually liked the nickname, much to his own surprise. Him and Yamaguchi talked until the room was done, now around 5 p.m.; it was the perfect time to go out and look at the places around them.
"Meet my downstairs in 5 minutes, I need to change into something warm." Yamaguchi said and left to his room. After all that time of them talking, Tsukishima decided that Yamaguchi was a genuinely nice guy. So far there wasn't anything he didn't like, even Yamaguchi being a klutz. He put on a warm coat and jeans, keeping the same shirt on.
Meanwhile Yamaguchi was slightly panicking. Since most if the day he had been around Tsukishima, they got to know eachother a lot. He went with Tsukishima early that morning to his house to help load everything into the small UHaul they attached to Yamaguchi's car. Needless to say, Yams was the type of person to catch feelings easily, much to his dismay.
After finally getting his thoughts together he went downstairs and saw Tsukishima looking at his phone. "Are you finally ready? You were slower to dress than to get off me yesterday, not that I am really complaining."
Again with the accident. Yamaguchi realized he would never stop bothering him with that, not that he minded. For some reason Yamaguchi didn't mind, he just went with a simple answer 'He only gets away with it because he is attractive." But that wasn't his only quality.
Yamaguchi had light red cheeks after that remark "You will never get over that huh? If you are as oh so good looking then I am sure plenty of coffee shop owners trip right into your hands." Yamaguchi said feeling triumph, thinking he made a point.
"I never will, and I only let the cute ones." Tsuki said and went out the door "Let's get going before it's too late." He said leaving a red Yamaguchi on the shop, but not for long.
"H-Hey wait for me Tsukki!" He locked up the shop and joined him, a fun night ahead.
