chapter 12 *FINAL CHAPTER*

I woke up to the lights flashing red, I ran to the computer in the living room and saw the others already there, robin typed in something on the computer. "it's slade!! he's in the city!" robin growled. we ran to the elevator and got in, as if the elevator knew our situation it only took about 5 seconds to get us to the vehicles. I got in the t-car in between bb and starfire. when we got to the crime scene slade had all of his minions destroying the city and killing civilains. "well well, the teen titans, how nice of you to come and see me" said slade, you could hear the smile in his voice. "titans go!" robin yelled.

after about an hour of trying to fight slade all the other team members besides me and robin were down for the count. it was only us 3 now. slade came up from behind me and put a knife on my throat. I looked at robin and mouthed 'help me please' to him. he nodded and smacked slade off of me. Slade charged at us, but we got out of the way in time thankfully, slade suddenly came in front of me and stabbed the knife into my side, I didn't scream, instead I widened my eyes and fell down onto my knees. I looked up at slade "seem to have fallen my dear?" He asked way to evilly. "leave her alone!" Robin said and kicked slade in the back of the head. He picked me up and looked me in the eyes "let's finish him" he said "together?" I asked "together" he replied and turned us to slade. slade charged but before he could hit us robin held me up in the air and I kicked slade straight in the face. next I got out of robin's grasp and he jumped over me and punched slade in the chest. We then both kicked and punched slade in the gut. he fell on the ground. "you haven't beaten me yet!" Slade said and got up. Robin looked over his shoulder at something. I turned to see what it was and saw a hand gun sitting there on the ground. "okay here's the plan, you make a distraction while I grab the hand gun and I will shoot slade with it" robin whispered in my ear. I nodded and went up to slade. "nice try slade, but we got you beat" I said and used my black energy on slade. I threw him into a wall of a nearby building. He came running at me and snacked me causing me to be blown backwards. he threw me on the ground. "robin!! I can't hold out forever!!" I yelled at him as I got up and started punching slade. "I'm coming!!" He said as he dashed onto the scene and looked at me "get him on the ground" he ordered "I'm not your slave!" I said and looked at him with disgust, I saw his expression go from serious to broken, like hurt. I looked at slade, who was looking at us. "fine!" I say and use my black magic to throw slade on the ground in front of us. "ready?" He asked "ready" I say as robin aims the gun at slade's head. he then pulls the trigger and slade lays there, dead. robin dropped the gun and looked at me "it's over, it's finally over..." I said as we both smiled wide. robin grabbed my waist and kissed me deeply, it was short, but it was a wonderful feeling. I hugged him. I hugged him tightly, breathing in his scent.

"Robin?"

"Yes love?"

"I love you"

"I love you too....
