Misunderstanding

Hawks POV
I got home after the date with Y/n. I found a letter under my door as i walked in. "Hero's gala" well damn guess i have to go to this one this year. I wined  to myself. Oh and our says i can bring a plus one. Maybe i'll ask y/n next time i see her. I felt better about going now. I soon started getting an uneasy feeling about y/n, so i decided to text her.

chickadee 🐥 : Hope you enjoyed tonight. Let's have more lunch/dinner dates ;).

i waited about half an hour and still no reply. So i texted her again

chickadee 🐥:Did you fall asleep already?? You just got back.

still no reply.

chickadee 🐥 : Y/n?? Are you ok. You don't normally go to sleep that early...

Still nothing. So my bad feeling took over and i flew to the school texting y/n on the way there.

Chickadee 🐥 : Y/n i'm flying back to the school to check on you. you better be with someone and not ignoring my texts. 

I get there and fly around to see if i spot her anywhere. I soon flew past the dorms to see if i could see her walking in there. But i didn't see her, alone. She was with that bitch of an ex that hurt her. I was hurt and pissed at the same time so i flew off. I texted her one last time:

chickadee🐥: If you didn't enjoy tonight you could had just said so....I'll leave alone from now on...

After about and hour i got a reply from her. But i don't answer. She kept texting and texting till she gave up and called me.

She told me that it was a "Misunderstanding", but it still hurt to see it. Seeing her pinned up against the wall making out with that explosion kid. Now i have to wait till Sunday to talk to her again. I already miss her.  Wonder how the baby fox is doing. After all the trouble i went threw tonight i  decided to take a nice shower, i hopped into the shower letting the water just run down my body. I just stood there.  My anger took over and i punched the glass door that's kept all the water in. Water was rushing out onto the bathroom floor, while blood rushes down my fist onto the floor. I finally snapped back into my conscience state and realized what i did. I turned the shower off got out wrapped the town around me and rushed to the sink to bandage my bloody aching hand.

After i got done with that i went to my bed and laid down. Waiting for Sunday to come so i can see her again. Maybe it was just a misunderstanding. Either way i hurt. I've never felt like this towards a girl before. I have a guy, but no girl. Even if she was only 18. It's only 4 years right ? I mean there are couples that have 20 year age differences. Eh whatever. I don't even know how she feels about me yet i shouldn't get my hopes up. Maybe if her and i don't work i can go back to Dabi. No like anyone other than me can stand his dumbass. As i was thinking about everything i hadn't noticed i was dozing off. Soon into a deep sleep.

Your POV

I wake up the next day not ready to get up. I got up around 7:30, started my lousy day with a nice hot shower, after the shower i went down to the kitchen. Only to be stoped by Bakugo.

"Yes Katsuki? Do you need something". I asked him "Actually yea I want you to stop seeing Hawks."
The nerve he has to ask me tell me that.  What came next i swear the whole building could probably hear me. "YOU KNOW WHAT YOU GOD DAMN ASS HOLE LEAVE ME ALONE. I DONT HAVE ANY FEELINGS FOR YOU ANYMORE AND I HOPED YOU DIDNT HAVE ANY FOR ME!" i shouted at him. His eyes widened. fully knowing i wasn't done. But this time i lowered my voice so no one else but him could hear me. "Listen to me and listen close, him and I aren't a "Thing" as you assume we are actually were friends. He saved me from being fucking rapped a few weeks ago. And now we just hand out. Shocking but that's what friends do!! And you saw us kiss bc we might have feelings for each other. Who gives a damn I am 18 years old and i Do not need some little ex of mine to ruin the rest of my relationships with anyone. I can date who tf i please. Hell i can FUCK who ever i want. So butt out of my relationship life. Or just leave me alone completely." I finished up and walked away. I was done dealing with his bullshit.

Classes had finally ended. And the whole week went by pretty fast. It was finally sunday. I was exited and nervous to see him after what happen. I got out of bed put on a denim skirt and a floral pink top to go with it. Then pulled out my white high tops, put them on and out the door i went. I walked down stairs and everyone stared at me. "Yes?" i questions them. They all just looked away and continued what they were doing. "Weird" i said out loud. Mina then came up to me. We're still friends even after what happen. Ayaka said it was ok. "Mina why is everyone staring at me?" i asked her. "You didn't hear? Someone is going around saying your going on a date with the number two hero today. And i guess where all mina shocked." She answered. "What!?!? No no I'm not going on any date" i raised my voice. "Listen up you idiots I don't know who's tartes that false rumor but forget it now. Before i cover you  all up in dirt." I said then left blowing sand off my hand. 

I finally reached the Cafè me and hawks had promised to met at. I walked in and didn't see him. I mean ofc i didn't i was about half an out early. So i went up to the counter ordered something then went over to an empty table pulled out my phone and waited. I waited about half an our to the time him and I agreed on but still no show.

About another hour of waiting, i have figured i'd give up and leave. Just as i was heading out the door. I hear the little tv being played mentioning Hawks. I turned around  to see him fighting a Nomru with Endeavor. It had looked like they were both seriously injured. My eyes widened. I dropped down to the grown with tears in my eyes. After a minute to two of just silently crying i get up and rush to the hospital hoping to find Hawks.

I get to the hospital and rush to the front desk. "May i help you?" the lady behind the desk asked. "oh uh yes i'm Hawks Intern, but i wasn't out with today. and saw he was seriously injured. And i need i see him now!" i panicked "Well dear, he's in surgery you'll have to wait at least 7 hours to see him. Looking at his charts it might take longer. Why don't you head home and wait for him?" She replied to me. "NO... I- i mean no thank you....i'll wait till he's done. Would you tell me when i can see him please?" i begged her " of course my dear".

And with that the 8 and a half hours i had to wait to see him finally ended. The nurse came  up to me and told me i was able to go see him that he had been out of surgery for sometimes but needed to wake up first. I went to the room he was in and opened it. I saw him sleeping peacefully. So i went in sat in the chair, laid my head on the bed next to him and dozed off.

A/N sooooooo is start school tmr. Well more like i have to wake up to go on call with my teachers but i'm not sure how often i'll be able to post but the next two chapter are already laid out in my mind so it hopefully won't take to long to get them out. Anyway!! Thank you all for your support 💞
