Altering The Deal

Negotiatiating was a fine and tricky art obi-wan had learnt this fact of his years of doing it. It was always more difficult when the other team of negotiatiors sent somebody who was more influenial.

As was the case now.

Tjw Count sat opposite talking to madalas leader about the many trade benefits protection of their army with only a small percent of the planets money would to support them, meaning they would be virtually independent from them while still reaping the benefits. This was good madalas leader thought as many people wanted to remain neutral.

There wasn't anything obi-wan could do to stop the counts relentless offers and benefits from persuading the planet.

Towards the end of the negotiations the planets leader stood up and thanked them for the meeting.

Count Dooku almost flew out of his seat and ignited his saber right into the planets govners heart droids entered killing all the assistants.

"You've stabbed him with your lightsaber. The planet will know what you've done." obi-wan said making ready to defend himself.

"No Kenobi they will see what you have done. You are the only one who owns a lightsaber in this room" smirking the count clipped his saber to his belt and left saying" I will tell the planet what you have done to their leader. And they will join me knowing the Republic killed their leader."

Sorry.for the shorter chapter the next one will be action packed maybe with some romance I'm not too sure.
