Let'em burn| Bakugo x OC

- Chapter 7: It's on -

Hikari's POV

I saw Bakugo was about to speak and for what I know about him, he was not about to lie to them.

- "We wer-" - the ash blond started to say.

-"I'm new to the area, I've moved recently, so I got lost. Bakugo here was helping me find my way to my house." - I interrupted the asshole and innocently smiled for my new classmates.

- "Oh, I see..." - Momo said - "Next time you can ask me to help you, I also live nearby"

-" Really? Great, I really appreciate that Yaoyorozu!" - I responded faking a smile.

- "Yeah, anyways... we are going to the karaoke to celebrate our first day as 3rd years. Wanna come?"- Kirishima asked with a big smile on his face.

I didn't know what to do. In one hand, I was still struggling with my leg and on the other, I didn't want to be left alone in that empty apartment with my thoughts. Everyone was looking at me waiting for and answer with hopeful eyes.

- "C'mon! It'd be a fun way to get to know you better" - Uraraka added.

- "Yes! It will be fun, trust me! We'll make it a competition with a juicy dare for the loser" - Kiminari said with a malicious grin.

- "Okey, yeah, sure! Let's go "- I finally said.

- "And you..." - Kirishima said at Bakugo who was already leaving - " You're coming too" - He said as he grabbed the red eyed prick from the neck of his uniform.

- "No way shitty hair, I'm going home!" - The blond dumbass yelled.

- "Oh, yeah. I never thought I'd see the day when the great Bakugo Katsuki turned down a competition. He must be afraid of losing." - Kirishima said.

Bakugo stared angrily at his friend and was about to yell at him but Kaminari interrupted.

- "There's something King Explotion Murder sucks at?! Oh my, this is a wonderful day..." - Kaminari said laughing.

- "YOU..." - Bakugo said clearly trying to repressed his anger - "YOU THINK YOU ARE GONNA MAKE ME GO THERE WITH THAT?! Where the fuck is the karaoke!? I'll show you what real talent is, dumbasses!!!! "

They all laugh and started walking towards de Karaoke bar.

- "Our conversation's far from over, Frosty"- The blond asshole whispered as he walked by me.

At the karaoke bar, we decided it will be a competition between boys and girls. Each was going to sing a song and "battle" one on one and the group with most wins will win. Losers had to do a dare. Pretty simple rules.

The teams were: Mina, Uraraka, Jiro, Momo and me, vs, Bakugo, Kirishima, Kaminari, Todoroki, Deku and Sero. As we ere uneven one of the girls would have to sing twice.

The first ones to the mic were Mina and Kirishima. Mina was amazing, she sang Super Base and killed the rap bit, but Kirishima won with his take on Dance, Dance of Fall Out Boys. Uraraka and Midoriya were next, the green bean won.

They all were actually pretty good singers, I was pleasantly surprised. Between songs we talked and I got to know more about my new classmates. It's been a long time since i talked to people of my own age, it was actually very nice. I almost forgot that I was supposed to be interested in having friends and fun at my age, but I guess that's not who I am anymore. I like them all, I feel confortable with them, but still don't feel like I deserve to be having fun...

-"So, Hikari, can I call you that?"- Mina said.

-"Yeah, sure!" - I replied.

-"Why did you got in UA at our 3er year? Did you studied in another school?" - Mina asked.

Suddenly the room was silent, they were all curious I suppose. I mean, it's understandable.

-"I was homeschooled all my life. But now I need to get my licence for..." - A quick flashback of the forest involved in flames appear in my mind as I was speaking - "because of my company, well my family's company. I could've done a test and got my licence, but if I have the backup of UA it will give more prestige to it. " - I lied.

- "Wait, so you are the head of your family's company now?" -Kiminari innocently said.

-"Yeah, well my aunt is now the leader of the company but eventually i will have to take charge"

-"But... what about your parents?" - Midoriya asked.

I tried my best to hide the pain in my words as I answered: -"They are dead"

-"Oh, I am sorry. I shouldn't have asked like that!" - Midoriya said tumbling into his words. I could tell he didn't mean to make me think about that.

-" Don't worry, it's no secret. It's as easy as to look it up on the internet or the papers. It was an accident... "- I lied.

Everybody stayed silent for a while. Nobody was looking at me, they all avoided making eye contact with me, except Bakugo. His crimson eyes were looking right into mine, and I didn't know why but I thought he was curious or just knew i was lying. I didn't like the feeling those eyes were sending me, but i cound't look away.

-"A-A-Anyways... who's next?!" - Mina said with a big smile on her face trying to lighten up the mood.

-"I'll go next!"- I said. I needed to think about something else.

-"Great! Boys, who's your champion?" - Mina asked.

-"I'll crush her" - the blond douchebag said as he stood up.

-"Keep dreaming..."- I mockingly said.

I went to the karoke machine to pickup the mic, and the asshole followed me.

-"The bet's still on, I win, you answer me one question, no lies."- he whispers to me.

-"When I win, i won't tell you shit, but also.. let me think of a dare to spice things up a bit..."- I said with a malecious grin.

-"A dare? You didn't said anything earlier, bitch!"

-"Well, if you are afraid of losing..."- I said mockingly, i saw how that worked when Kirishima and Kaminari were bothering him.

-"FINE! What is the dare?" -He whispered angrily.

-"I win, you drink the whole vodka I have on my backpack"-

-"Fucking deal. I don't lose, dumbass. Prepare yourself, I will destroy you"
