"Harry Potter" Dumbledore says, holding up the small slip of paper that had just erupted from The Goblet of Fire.

I turn to stare at my brother, how the hell had he managed it. Harry was always getting into some sort trouble, normally having something to do with Voldermort or, lile last year, a notorious muderer who turned out to be our Godfather- a fact I only found out last term.

The hall was silent, everyone had turned to face Harry, who looked uterly dumbfounded. " I didn't put my name in; you know i didn't." He said to me, Hermione and Ron.

"How do you always end up in these situantions?" I ask, receiveing a shrug for a reply.

"Harry Potter!" Dumbledore called again. "Harry! Up here, if you please!"

"Go on." Hermione whispered, giving Harry a push.

He makes his way up to the top table, tripping on his robes as he does. A small snigger comes from the Slytherin table and i shoot a glare at the culprit- Malfoy. He stared back at me, smirking whilst pointing to the scar that decorated my neck and turning to his little gang to make some rude remark about it.

I glance back to where Harry was standing, only to notice him being ushered through a door along with the other champions.

"Do you think he actually put his name in?" Ron said, his face stuffed with somesort of food.

"How could you think that Ronald? This is Harry we're talking about and he wouldn't do something like that." Mione replied rather angrily, giving Ron a small slap on the arm.

"No he wouldn't. I mean my brother can be an idiot but he wouldn't do something like this."

Ron let out a loud huff in reply and continued eating; he was clearly very annoyed and i'm not quite sure why.

Dinner was dreadfully slow, as Ron refused to talk and Hermione just muttered on about Harry and homework. Unable to take anymore of the dreadful conversation, I left the table, earning a confused stare from Hermione.

As I turned around the corner, i bumped into someone, causing me to slighly trip.

"Sor..."

"Watch where you're going!" Malfoy spat at me, looking me up and down as he talked.

"Ah the other Potter, or should I say The Girl who no one gives a damn about." His sad little groop of goones appeared from around the corner, all smirking at his comment.

"Sod off, Malfoy you prick."

"Oooo, someones feeling rather fiesty." He said, taking a few steps towards me.

"Get out of my face Malfoy. I don't have time for your games."

"Awh come on y/n, amuse us; we're rather bored." His posse all laugh and begin to close in around me. "Say, why is it that your brother always has to be the centre of attention? I mean there's really nothing that special about him if you ask me. He's just some pathetic, orphaned child with a scar, but then again so are you." Malfoy smirked, causing his worshipers to burst out laughing.

"Shut the hell up Malfoy! At least my parents loved me, unlike yours. Still fighting for daddy's praise and love?" I taunted him, i knew i shouldn't have but it felt so bloody good. Truth was i never really stood up for myself, i tended to stay away from prying eyes and twats like Malfoy.

Suddenly, Malfoy shoved me against the wall, anger flaring in his grey eyes. "What did you say to me Potter?"

"You heard me perfectly well Malfoy." His wand was pressed against my scar, causing it to scream in pain.
