"Bakayamaaaa~"

"Can you get my bento for me?" He pleads. Obviously I shook my head 'no' which makes him complain even more.

"That's not my fault." I say, taking another bite of rice.

"Oh hey Kageyama? You've got some rice near your mouth- Here, let me get it off for you."

[ Kageyama's POV ]

I barely even noticed the excess rice near my lip.

Hinata leans in forward and wipes it off with his thumb. He flicks his hand away from my face, leaving me nearly wanting to choke and with a flustered facade.

My heart is racing, my face is all heated up, I'm can't even be able to begin a sentence. I just look like a blushing mess at this point.

Oh god, my head is spinning, my heart wants to jump off of my chest. My eyes are glued to him and only him.

"Hey! Kageyama! The hell are you looking at?" I snap out of that faze and look away instantly. I don't want him to see me looking like a tomato.

"Are you ignoring me? Did I do something wrong?" He asks. I slightly glance at him and proceed to cover my mouth.

"N-No... I'm fine and you're fine, I mean you did nothing wrong." I begin to stutter. What am I thinking? What is this?!

I shove my bento away, I'd lost my appetite already.

"You can have the rest of my lunch. I'm not hungry anymore."

His eyes lit up, the next thing I knew, he was grinning from ear to ear.

"Woah! Do you really mean it?"

I nod.

"That's surprisingly nice of you, Kageyama. Thanks!" He beamed.

The entire time, I kept my eyes glued onto him. He looks so happy. It almost feels as if Hinata is like a human ball of sunshine.

Cute...

Wait, why am I suddenly having these thoughts?! Hinata is my a friend! But earlier when I was talking about him... I didn't sound in a friendly way, was I?

I shake the those thoughts away, instead of looking at Hinata, I manage to distract myself by staring up into the sky.

[ Time skip : 6th period ]

I stare blankly at the board while my teacher continues rambling about the lesson and such.

Times like these get really boring, what's worse is that this is the final subject of the day. Can't she just hurry up already?

Diiiiiing

"Alright everyone, that's all for today. Don't forget to study and turn in your homeworks tomorrow." She says.

Ugh finally...

I can't keep rest anymore at this point, I just wanna set a ball already and practice with the team. Surprisingly, I've been a different person ever since the start of high school.
