I jumped out of my skin when I heard my phone ring loudly. Listening to music, I obviously had the volume on full, my ringtone scaring the shit out of me.

I reluctantly placed my earphones on the table and answered the call. It was an unknown number.

"Hello?"

"Hey"

"Bry?"

"Yeah hi Ash"

"What's up?"

"Just wanted to say congrats to you and Luke on coming out"

"Thanks, how are you and Noah?"

"Good... um I kinda need to tell you something"

"Go on..."

"I'm pregnant"

"That's great"

"With your baby Ashton"

"What"

"It's yours we only split three months ago after Luke confessed his love for you. I hadn't noticed till now cos the morning sickness wasn't there"

"Oh wow"

"Noah said he was fine with it and would raise the baby like his own so don't worry okay? I just thought I'd let you know"

"Okay"

"Bye"

"See ya"

I hung up the phone with a sigh. Luke wasn't back till tomorrow morning and I hope the news didn't spread to social media.

I slinked into bed praying that Luke wouldn't find out even though it shouldn't be a problem.

~the next morning~

I woke up to an empty bed even though Luke should've been home by now and his car was on the driveway. I just shrugged it off and and wondered downstairs, sleepily rubbing my eyes.

Cringing at the light from the tv, I stood in the doorway of the living room, seeing Luke sat on the sofa I started to make my way over.

"IS ASHTON IRWIN CHEATING ON BOYFRIEND LUKE HEMMINGS SHORTLY AFTER ANNOUNCING THEIR RELATIONSHIP?"

The news reporter read from her card.

"Model Bryana Holly ex-girlfriend of Ashton Irwin has been seen with current boyfriend Noah Hardy sporting a slight baby bump. Holly confirmed that she had only been with Hardy for a month, not long enough for Bryana to be in her second trimester. She would also be further along if it was with Ashton when they were together. Noah even said when asked if he knew about her pregnancy that he didn't have a clue. Does this mean Irwin cheated on his new boyfriend Luke? Irwin and Holly were also pictured yesterday holding hands in a cafe, Bryana crying"

My mouth had dropped open mortified. How the hell had this happened overnight. The only reason I was out with Bryana was because she fell out with Noah so she needed someone to talk to. They had resolved the petty argument now, but I think I had a bigger problem on my hands.

I trudged over to the blond sat on the sofa and snuggled into his side as if I hadn't seen the news report. He sat there frozen.

"Luke? Lukey? Lu Lu? Babe?" I said in an attempt to see if he was still alive.

"Don't babe me" he said coldly pushing me away from him.

"Why?" I asked

He scoffed at me and looked my way. His eyes were swollen and puffy, tears running down his face.
