The next day, Sunday morning
Raindrops from the grey clouds overhead tapped against the glass as I awoke to the sounds of footsteps. Jeeves was pacing about, quickly trying to complete the same morning routine for father and mother’s breakfast. Father always needed the morning paper at the table, included with his food and coffee, so he can keep up with the current events and stock markets. Mother, on the other hand, needed more time to get going between putting on her morning makeup, getting dressed and doing her hair. Although… removing a step from her system shouldn’t be too hard. However, I began to notice that either something was amiss or things were back to normal. The house was completely ...silent for once.
‘It’s much too quiet for a Sunday morning, better go scope things out.’
I threw the blanket off, sat up, and swung my legs to stand on the floor.
‘Eh… on second thought. Maybe I should go get change first.’
I made my way up the right side staircase to my bedroom. Recently, my older sister came back into my life. Sharing my bed won’t be much of a problem, considering the current circumstances. *clears throat*
I walked up to my bedroom door and opened it. As soon as I entered, the bed was empty.
‘She didn’t even sleep in here. I wonder where she is?’
I slipped out of my dress, taking off the pettiskirt that made the bottom part twirl as I moved.
“Ahh… much better. Time to slip into more comfortable clothing.”
Sorting through the tons of clothes in the walk-in closet, I found what I needed and put it on. It was a light pink pair of light fabric pajama pants. The word “Fabulous” was written across the ‘bottom’ portion.
“I don’t care what anyone says, under these imperfect flaws, I can still look “fashion good”. Even in cute pajama pants.” I posed sassy in front of the full body mirror that was hanging right in the closet door. “And… I’ll just throw on a comfortable t-shirt to match. Um… *hangers slid across the metal bar* “This one.”
I took a white, soft stretch fabric shirt, that had one of those funny sayings in big fancy letters that read: “Classy and Sassy”.
“Now, to go search for Kimie.”
I left my bedroom, beginning the hunt. First, I started upstairs, which included the Mothers and Fathers room… the fancy bathroom… My bedroom… and the hallway closet. I checked each place individually, she wasn’t in any of those rooms.
“Hm… if I should know her, she should be either reading her manga book or looking up otome pictures on the computer. I’ll check the theater room next.”
I headed back down stairs, toward our movie-theater room. Sure enough, I found her asleep in one of the accustomed Theater Seats.
“Kimie, wake up.”
No sooner… she awoke startled.
“Woah.”
I suddenly laughed at her expression.
“Geez, sis. You have to stop doing your action movie wakeup calls. They’re quite annoying.”
“Aww… but they’re fun to mimic, especially the one with the African lions in it. Lighten up a bit.”
“Fine. fine. Whatever. Just...don’t start doing them all the time.”
“Deal.”
“So… what happened last night, he didn't do anything inappropriate…did he?”
“Oh gosh, no. Tamaki was quite the gentleman throughout the date. There weren’t any bad intentions within him.”
“Uh-huh. And… what’s that around your neck?” She points to my necklace.
“It’s just a friendship necklace.”
“Riiiiight…Fact 1, Yuri. Guys are not supposed to really give gifts this early. This kinda spells trouble for both you and your school life.”
“ ‘Pfft. Danger, ha! I walk on the wild side. I laugh at the face of danger, hahaha.’ ”
“There you go again with the quotes.”
“Hey, you set me up for them. It practically writes itself… sorta.”
“Mmm-hmm. Anyway, a day of relaxation is good for the soul. I think you should join me for a movie marathon starting with your favorite genres. Like, rom-coms, for example.”
“Kimie you know me so well, it’s scaring the bajibous out of me.”
She took out her cell phone and connected to an HD bluetooth projector that was located on a stand next to her. Then searched romance on a tv series based website.
“Just the one I’m looking for.”
Clicking the video, an familiar series that was shown on their theater sized screen ‘Wedding Peach’, I began to watch it.
30 Minutes later… In the middle of the anime beige marathon, my eyes were fighting to stay awake. But until I could not keep them up, I decided to close them for a short nap. Until something strange happen. The necklace that Tamaki had given me started glowing, then it floated up to the middle of my forehead, gently touching. A voice whispers hypnonotly.
“You are to become someone’s wife, before warned the concenwices that you will face, if you decide to accept his love.”
My inner voice answers.
“Concenwices?”
“The universe will be out of aliment if a strange outside force begins to dabble in its affairs than you are in for a rude awakening.”
“If you think that I was asserting myself into Tamaki Suoh just for my own personal gain. Shame on you for thinking that.
“Beware. Beware.”
I lightly shook my head, not believing that the aperrision was right. As the voice fades into the depths of my mind, I awoke to hearing Liamoe’s saltery voice telling the love angels for a job well done.
‘Could it really be true? Could I have been so forward that he must have gotten the wrong message. Oh no, now Tamaki must think I am the right girl for him instead of Haruhi. What have I done? Maybe I should try and back off a little. It seems I don’t belong here ‘
Meanwhile… Kyoya could sense that his time, to one up Tamaki was upon him. ‘Time to my surefire plan into motion. Just you wait, I’ll teach that blonde buffoon a lesson. Yuri will become mine, and soon I’ll have the respect I rightly deserve.’
It fades to a black screen, overlaying to just his eyes showing .
