Running's NOT The Answer

Deathpunch runs away after overhearing Prime say something that makes him think he's not wanted.

Allie's POV

It had been a week since I had brought Prime back.

He had found out that Blazer was now all grown up.

He was proud of her truck form.

We had the next day off from school.

We were playing a game with the Autobots.

Now the Autobot team had grown bigger with 2 new members.

The first new member was Sideswipe's best friend, Dino(aka Mirage).

The other member's name was Wheeljack.

The only member that Prime DIDN'T know about was Deathpunch.

Deathpunch was STILL in his vehicle form.

He was the only one who wasn't playing the game.

He still REALLY missed Forcefield.

While we were playing the game, Blazer came up to Prime.

Blazer- Dad, can I talk to you for a minute?

OP- Sure, Blazer. What's up, kid?

Blazer- Well, you're probably wandering who that red van over there is.

OP- As a matter of fact, I am.

Blazer- His name's Deathpunch. While you were gone, Bumblebee recruited him.

OP- What? Did I hear you right, kid?

Blazer- Yeah, Dad.

Deathpunch's POV

From my vehicle form, I saw Prime walk over to Bumblebee.

OP- Hey Bumblebee, you got a minute?

Bee- Sure Optimus. What's up?

OP- Bumblebee, Blazer just told me that while I was gone, you recruited another Autobot.

Bee- Yeah, I did. We all rescued Deathpunch from the Decepticons and I recruited him the day we rescued him. Why? Is there a problem?

OP- Not really. But you know I'm this team's leader. I appreciate you filling in for me, but you should've waited until I came back to put Deathpunch on the team.

When Prime said that, I thought I'd just been kicked off the team.

D(thinking)- Prime doesn't want me on his team?

Thinking that my leader had just kicked me off his team, I started my engine and drove out of the Autobot Hangout.

Nobody heard or saw me leave.

(time skip)

Prime's POV

We had been playing the game for 2 hours.

Deathpunch hadn't joined in the entire time.

While we were all playing the game, I happened to look where Deathpunch had been sitting in his vehicle form.

I knew there was a problem when I saw that he was no longer there.

OP- Wait a minute, guys. Where's Deathpunch?
