Hitching breaths, the dot of light cleared to become an electronic chip, deeply engraved into the creature's head, seemingly only showed because of a reckless stab Jungkook threw. His throat felt dry out of a sudden.

"Is this... What controls them?"

Before drowning into erroneous theories, a dainty boy walked in, almost getting hit by a scared Jimin. It turned out to be Yoongi, who smiled softly, similar to being unaware of the weighty problem on their shoulders.

"They're controlled with more than that. That's more like an alternative for the special ones" He noted, eying the chip with amusement tracing his peachy lips. "My father showed this to me. These are the ones given the mission of killing the immune humans, simply enough; us"

"Most importantly, how did you... Come here?"

Yoongi smiled with the same relaxed softness as earlier, wrapping an arm around Jungkook's shoulder. "I was so worried about my Kookie so I went to search for him" he planted an extremely delicate peck on the black haired boy's shy rosy cheeks, and smirked deep inside at how murderous Jimin seemed.

He knew he should think of his other friends, but this sight occupied his whole thoughts, and a feeling similar to jealousy - if not pure one - pulsed in his veins. He acknowledges that from he said, Jungkook isn't his anymore, he moved on and their relationship on paper will soon be stopped. But he still loves him so much in fact that his heart bled seeing someone else kiss his one and only love, and get closer to him like they own him.

Brushing away the fog on his eyes, he breathed in and out to calm himself down and think clearly before Yoongi spoke out his idea.

"Jungkook, the ones you kill this time- don't leave them just like that. Stab their heads until you get the chip out. Like this, they'll loose their organized attacking method, thus they won't really recognize us or view our movements like before. For now, the safest solution is hiding until the morning... I still don't know where or how, though. Definitely, we'll figure out once we're in a better state of mind. Yeah?"

The two boys agreed, and Yoongi handed Jimin two sharp knives. "I'm sorry, shortie, Jungkook spoils you and fears about you a lot but you have to fight with us this time"

Jungkook's eyes widened, he reached out to stop the exchange, worry indeed filling him. The idea of Jimin getting hurt or dying killed every single cell in his body, that he won't even allow him to fight-

"Too late. Down we go, soldiers!" Yoongi pushed them slightly to the staircase, revealing a dark... Uncertain world awaiting beneath their feet.
