Me: Here are some songs and albums that help inspire this book on a daily basis. The majority of the reason I keep y'all waiting so long on new chapters is that my head is so wrapped up in the story OR one of these songs/albums match the story so well, I managed to put myself in a funk and take a break 🥴In order to get in the mindset for this emotionally draining book that I'm putting myself AND y'all through, I listen to these songs or albums in full over and over again. Then I do my best to transfer the feelings I felt and what I know Michael and Shayla-Elizabeth feel to this book.
