Alright, so after forgetting Barioth came out today, I finally got to fight him for the first time. My first impression?
Well, upon my first battle, he doesn't seem too difficult. He's not as bad as Raging BrachyDIOs or Furious Rajang, and nowhere near as difficult as Alatreon, but he's still an interesting fight nonetheless. From what I got on the first fight, I would definitely pick him over his normal version.
His armor and weapons? Not 100% sure as yet due to not having them. But from what I've briefly heard, his armor isn't too bad. But his weapons don't seem that good. Sure, some of them are purple, but it's barley noticeable and he doesn't have gems in them. I don't think I'll collect all of them like Alatreon, but at least his Greatsword and Longsword I'll probably get.
I might put out a full-on review after fighting him a few more times and getting at least one set of his armor and a few weapons. Who knows? Would anyone even want a full review from me? And I'm thinking about doing more of these as Capcom release more monsters in the future. Would anyone like to see this happen again?
