1. Key to confidence is walking in room and assuming that everyone likes you.
2. Do something challenging every week/ month. With each and every small achievement, your self confidence grows and brain registers these small wins as a proof that you are basically awesome.
3.Learn to be OK with social discomfort. we live in such a social world that it is practically impossible to avoid such negative situations completely. Instead learn to be OK with these situations and practice on taking these situations with pride.
4. Write down a list of personal rules and stick to it. Having a personal rule sat can help in situations when you don't know how to act and also improve your image in other people's eyes.
5. Question and re frame negative thoughts about yourself. as you go through life you always encounter situations that don't go your way. In such situations, you are likely to develop negative thoughts that keep bringing you down. The more often that happens the faster your self confidence dries up. To counter such thoughts question and your thoughts and re frame them into something more positive .
6. Standing straight with your shoulders relaxed and your chest open can help to improve your confidence. It is called confidence posture.
7. Replace jealousy with appreciation. remember there will always be someone who is smarter, richer, prettier than you. Replace this jealousy with appreciation. Look around you and appreciate beauty around you. Think of things that you are grateful for and things that you are blessed with and others are not. This will increase your positivism and confidence.
