<3rd person P.O.V>
Tohka and Shido have recently started going back to school now that it was finally rebuilt after it was destroyed when Shido first spoke to Tohka.
Shido was sitting in class listening to Tohka talk not really paying attention. His mind was thinking about how Yoshino was doing. Last he heard of the little spirit girl he saved Kotori had told him she was getting tested on the Fraxinus. Shido was wondering if she was ok now that she had her best friend back.
Thinking back on it he still felt a little weird about the whole affair especially because of what had happened during the fight and even when he finally got to her...
<flash backs>
Shido was on his way to return Yoshinon to Yoshino after finally getting her back from Origami... he would rather not think about what happened in her apartment. Anyways he was on his way when the spatial quake alarms began to blare loudly. Suddenly Kotori had contacted him and told him Yoshino was being chased down by the AST. Then from where he was standing he saw a large dome of wind and ice form not far from where he was.
<fast forward>
Tohka had just dropped Shido off at the edge of the barrier distracting the AST away from Yoshino's barrier shido was arguing with Kotori about walking through when he suddenly felt a chill run up his spine. Turning around and looking up he saw a group of 4 AST members flying towards him when suddenly two of the tour's realizer was sliced into pieces causing them to fall. Just as fast as it had happened Shido saw a two projectiles fly toward the other two causing their realizes to combust on them also putting them out of comission. Shido was confused when Kotori told him two new spirit readings were detected and one of them was with Yoshino.
Shido turned around and was about to rush in as Kotori yelled at him to stop when he realized there was a path of what seemed like shadow going into the barrier and seemed to slow the ice around it. Shido quickly took the opportunity to rush in. He knew one of the spirits were possibly helping him and he had no time to think about why, right now he needed to save Yoshino.
<flash forward>
Shido finally got through the barrier to Yoshino with a few wounds that were healing themselves with his spirit power. As he finally got through he looked up and saw Yoshino on top of Zadkiel and talking to someone but when he blinked the figure was gone and Yoshino turned to look at him as he held up Yoshinon "I promised I'd save you, so here I am!" Yshino teared up and smiled while looking at him and said to herself "he was right you came" Shido was confused but simply smiled and nodded.
<back to the present>
Shido was snapped out of his thoughts when he heard the bell ring he turned and saw Tohka and Origami at each other's necks and wisely chose not to get involved.
As everyone sat down Okamine sensei, or as most of the class likes to call her Tama-chan, walked in and cleared her throat as she stood at the front of the class to get everyone's attention.
"Goodmorning everyone, settle down please I have an announcement to make."
She said with a strained look with sweat running down her face. She continued and said "this may come as a surprise but... well we have two new transfer students... yay!..."Shido looked at Tama-chan and noticed she was looking at Tohka before she walked over to the door and opened it while everyone was murmuring to themselves about the oddity of getting a not one but two new transfer students so soon after Tohka. Behind the door stood Akira bickering with a girl with black hair before they noticed Tama-chan had opened the door, oddly enough she proceeded to apologize to Akira saying something along the line of how she did not notice until after she got a good look at his transfer papers and what not.
