Extra Chapter: It's a yes!

After 6 months ng panunuyo, Klein and I were officially dating while Zane is courting Cindy.

My lola and parents knew about Klein and I already have a job! —drumroll please— I'm Ate Elisha's official photographer!

Lagi akong sinusundo ni Klein sa university after classes. Minsan nga pag Friday, nakikitulog siya samin. Syempre, magkahiwalay kami ng kama.

Nameet ko na yung parents ni Klein. You know what? Ako lang yung babaeng pinakilala niya at wala na daw silang gusto pang iba para kay Klein kase because of me daw, natutong magseryoso si Klein.

—My Birthday—

Today is the day that I'll be giving Klein my 'yes'. I kept on texting and calling him since morning pero wala padin. What happened?

It was 5 pm ng sumuko nako sa kakatext sakanya. I felt alone kase wala si Lola. I was about to give up at matulog nalang ng biglang tumawag si Cindy.

"Hello Aeona? Punta ka kela Klein-" then biglang naputol yung sinabi niya.

"h-hello! Cindy!" I yelled pero wala na.

I quickly wore my hoodie at nagsuot ng kahit anong makita kong footwear. Sinubukan kong hanapin si Lola para magpaalam pero di' pa ata siya nakakauwi since morning. Gosh, birthday na birthday ko pero parang iniwan ako ng mga taong mahalaga sakin.

Pagbaba ko sa LRT, I ran papunta sa mansion-- I mean bahay nila Klein. I was about to touch the doorbell when someone suddenly covered my whole face. After that, I lost my conscious. Di' ko na alam nangyari.

Nung nagising na ako, all the lights were off. Tumayo ako at sinubukang kapain yung switch. As soon as I turned on the lights, I was surrounded by a lot of people.

"suprise! happy birthday!" they all shouted.

I was frozen at hinayaang umikot ang mata ko. My father and mother was there!! Even Zane, Cindy and Lola. Kaya pala wala si Lola sa bahay kase kasabwat. Klein's parents were present and also the Chester's boys. But... where's Klein?

Suddenly someone from behind whispered something.

"Sino hinahanap mo? Did you miss me?" he asked confidently, but sounded seductive. As always.

As I turned, inabot niya sakin yung sunflowers na hawak niya. Sinabi siguro ni Zane kung ano yung favorite flowers ko. Then, he hugged me so tight.

"happy birthday" he said.

"I give you my yes" I replied while hugging him back.

He was confused for a second until it finally sink in. He can't move, he was  frozen.

"Everyone! We're finally official! She's finally mine! She said yes!" he yelled while jumping like a lil' kid. Gosh, ngayon ko lang siya nakitang ganon pero ang cute niya.

In the end of the day, everyone was happy for us. That was probably my most unforgettable birthday.
