"Heya, people! JustPlainlyMe here, but I prefer you guys addressing me as Maine. I'm a proud kontesera. Well, I'm addicted to it. I've been joining since I dunno when. I won some titles and of course, I lost too. As of now, I've joined more than ten online writing contests and here's the ten of them: The Voice Wattpad, Wattpad Got Talent, The X Factor Wattpad, Battle of Short Stories, Watty Babes, Saksak Puso--Tulo ang Dugo, The Last Five Standing, Survivor Wattpad, Wattpad Literati and Liriko. I already forgot the names of the other contests so please bear with me.
I judge stories by how it affected me. So, yeah. Invest in the emotion and the narration too. I'm a technical nazi, so I'll be very keen with how the story is written. It should be a complete package. A good story must be intricately planned, neatly written and carefully delivered.
Advice? Do not be afraid to try something new. Don't be confined with just one genre, style and theme. You can do better, I'm sure."
