XXXWOLF [HIATUS]

Opening

Lunch came by pretty quickly for everyone as they ran all the way to the canteen to eat their lunches. The center is where EXO were seated, waiting for the three youngest members to get to their table. Once spotted, they knew something was up with the way they walked so slowly and heads down.

Curious looks from the others were directed to the three as they sat down side by side at the table. Each one had a glum expression on their face. You could say that the other gang members wanted to ask what made them so upset, but they didn't have any words to ask them.

Xiumin who had ignored them after they wouldn't talk about it, was talking to Lay when he sensed Tao's inner wolf had been let out.

"What the hell, Tao! We all specifically agreed that we wouldn't show our inner wolves here. Why did you break that promise?"

After hearing Xiumin's words, everyone beside Sehun and Kai glared at Tao. He knew too well that his hyung would sense something about him so he held his down even more.

"It wasnt his fault Hyung! He accidentally let it out to try and beat his own record-"

Sehun tried explaining for friend but Suho stood up and slammed his hands against the table.

"Beating your damn record isn't an excuse for using your wolf advantages!"

"He had to use it! Hae Jung even broke his record with his wolf advantages."

All of EXO froze at Kai's interference. They wondered if they had heard right to what he had said. It was impossible to believe that the new girl could just beat Tao's wolf speed. Lay tried to sense if he was lying, but nope. Kai was not lying at all.

Keeping the silence to themselves, Suho sat back down in his chair slowly trying to think of any possible reason. Nothing came to mind.

Kai glanced around to get away from the uncomfortable silence until he spotted Hae Jung herself, who was out in the front courtyard sitting next to a tree. It felt like an automatic trance whenever he saw her because without a sound, he got up, grabbed his belongings and quickly walked to where she was sitting. Chen and the others noticed his unusual behavior around the girl. He quickly whispered to all of them to follow Kai before he was out of sight.

After Hae Jung finished her morning classes, she decided to walk around the  front courtyard for any entertainment until lunch was over. She sat down and closed her eyes while listening to music next to a tree that was near her next class as well as it was in the shade. She felt more comfortable in the shade rather than the sun because.it was cooler. A fact about Hae Jung, she hates the hot weather.

Not too long after, she felt a presence sit next her as well. She peeked at who it was and it so happened to be Kai, the boy from this morning and who she had pushed down.

"Annyeong~"

He gave a small yet childish wave along with a cute smile. Hae Jung had no effect of his actions and just stared blankly at him. Not wanting to be rude though, she just.nodded her head and closed her eyes again.

Kai felt a little embarrassed and disappointed that she didn't say a word to him. He awkwardly played with his fingers and waited for anything to happen so he could talk to her.

Hae Jung was nothing near a social butterfly but she didn't want Kai to feel awkward so she took one of her headphones out and stuck it into his ear a little too aggressively. He was a little surprised but smiled at her cute action of looking the other way, pretending nothing happened.

He listened to her music and found her taste lie in the kind of music cafes or coffee shops would play. A sweet and smooth melody.

On the very other side of the courtyard, EXO hid behind bushes and trees so the two wouldnt see them. It was pretty obvious though because some of the members are very tall, so it didn't help much.

When they saw the scene of Hae Jung shoving her left ear piece into Kai's ear, Chanyeol, Xiumin and Sehun were acting like little fan boys as if the climax of their favorite drama had come up. Baekhyun shoved their faces so they could shut up and watch the two lovely beings sut together listening to music.

Sadly, the bell had rung making EXO 'tch' in annoyance and leave their spot. Kai and Hae Jung got up as she brushed off any unnecessary grass from her bottom while Kai stretched his body. They disnt know how to leave one another since they didn't have their 5th class together.

"Uh.. I guess I'll be going then. It was nice.."

Kai made a hand gesture to finish his sentence since he had no words to describe what they did. Hae Jung putbaway her phone into her back pocket and nodded to his gesture.

"Yeah. I'll see you around."

She have him a small smile and walked to her next class. Kai was standing still as of he frozen. The smile she gave him stunned him that he couldn't move at all. It was the first tome she made any othwr emorion as far as he has seen. It was beautiful.
