Attendant's chai latte

Yields 1 mug

> 1 chai tea bag

4 fluid ounces boiling water

3 fluid ounces half-and-half (preferably heated)

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon honey

1 pinch ground cardamom

1 inch ground cinnamon

1. Place the tea bag in a large coffee mug. Add boiling water. Steep for 3 minutes, then remove tea bag.

2. Add in half-and-half, sugar, and honey. Garnish with spices.
