Her volleyball story(Hinata x Kageyama x reader)

Frist practice match

Y/n pov

It was the next day. I hurried to the gym with Hinata. He stopped at coach Ukai.
Hinata:"Coach. Can you request y/n to join our team?"
He looked at me and thought for a second.
Coach Ukai:"Okay..But I want you to win a 2 v 2 with Tsukishima Kei."
I stared at him. And nodded. We entered the gym. I remmbered However I didn't have any gym clothes. I looked aorund and saw Kiyoko. She had her gym clothes. I ran to her.
Y/n:"Can i borrow your gym clothes? Please. I might be able to join the team but I need gym clothes."
She smiled and handed me them. I ran and changed. She is quite tall but her clothes fit me nicely.I borrowed the libros knee things. (Note:I forgot the name.) It was Tsukishima Kei with the ace. And it was me and Kageyama against them. They were serving first. It was easy to stop them. Although the aces serves were strong. Kageyama nodded as I ran towards the left. I noticed Tsukishima ran there too. And I switched to the right quickle and ran. I jumped and the ball came. I managed to spike it just before anyone cna block it. We were playing for about an hour or so. Finally I got annoyed after he kept blocking my spike. Instead of hiting a strong spike, I looked at him, and hit it so it was a waterfall spike. One more point and we win. Everyone was quiet and watching us. The ace served, I got it just in time. This time I looked at Kageyama and ran. Tsukishima looked at me and jumped. I grinned as Kageyama dumped it. Making us win.
Y/n:"Alright."
I said quietly. Tsukishima looked at me.
Tsukishima:"Don't get over yourself. You only one because his sets were good."
I looked at him and laughed.
Y/n:"Okay"
He seemed annoyed. I went to Hinata.
Y/n:"Look- did you see. We won! I cna make it onto the team if they allow it"
I am pretty sure people heard as I heard them running towards me. I saw one jump as I ran making him fall face forward, it was Tanaka. He stood up and they all started running at me. I ran and jumped grabbing on the railing and hanging as they tried to grba me. I climbed onto the railing. We all laughed.
Tanaka:"Come down. We just want a hug."
Y/n:"No"
I siad but then I realised, Kageyama wasn't there. As I felt a hand push me and I fell onto Hinata. He went red so did I.
Y/n:"Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry."
I was picked up from who seemed to be the ace and he pulled me into a hug as they all started to hug me exept Kageyama and Hinata and Tsukishima. I was out of breath.
Y/n:"I- can't breathe-"
They let go and laughed. I too ka deep breath. I may not feel the ball hiting my hands and the pain thats suposed to be onto my knees but man, I still need my lungs. I changed back into my uniform and handed Kioyko her gym clothes. Then the coach came he had a sorrow look on him. That made me look disspaointed.
Coach ukai:"Y/n...They said...YOU WERE ALLOWED ON THE TEAM! WELCOME!"
I jumped from happines as I hugged the team.
Tsukishima:"Oh wow another pain."
I looked at him. As Kageyama spoke out.
Kageyama:"Shut it four eyes."
I giggled and we got my uniform, I was number 13. Then we started practicing.

After practice

Coach Ukai:"Okay everyone. We have a practice match against Aobajohsai."
I nodded, but everyone seemed. Gloomy. I looked at Hinata.
Hinata:"The team is strong. Their captain is so annoying though."
I laughed.
Y/n:"If you say so."

The next day

I was wlaking to school with Hinata. He was in my class. We got to school. Talking about the game.

After school

As I arrived in the gym I saw their team, they were.. Tall I supose.. I was the first there. Exept the coach. I set my bag down and sat down waiting for them. I was listening to music as a body stood infornt of me. I looked up, it was a boy, he had brown hair, brown eyes and a quite well build body. I stopped my music and put my phone away.
??:"Oh hello there. I am Torū Oikawa."
I stared at him and smiled.
Y/n:"I am y/n"
I stood up and shook his hand.
Oikawa:"So are you here to watch the game or are you the team manager or soemthing?"
I giggled.
Y/n:"Oh you have no idea.."
Thats when I heard the rest of them entering. They all went to change so did I. No i didn't chnage infornt of them. I changed in the cubicals. My uniform fit me quite well. I stood beside the ace. He was tlaler than me so the other team didn't see me.
Coach ukai:"Okay. Enjoy the game. Y/n you start on the back line, left."
I nodded. We lined up. I guess Oikawa didn't see me and the rest of the players didn't seem to realise. We said what we needed and got on with the game. They were first to start. His serve was powerfull, the libro missed it. I smiled as other shouted 'shake it off'. The second time I managed to save it. It was abit wonky though.
Y/n:"Sorry. Cover"
Team:"Its fine!"
The ace shoved it towards Kageyama. Hinata jumped, I noticed the set was too low. It was on the right so I ran. And jumped, lower than Hinata who missed it. And the blockers were already falling as I spiked it through their hands, scoring a point.
Kageyama:"Sorry."
The team looked at me. It was our serves. I was serving first. I licked my lips, span the ball in my hands, threw it up. And ran towards it, jumped and slammed it. It went really quick, making me score a point. Oikawa was staring at me. I did it again, scoring again. It was their serve now. He hit it, the libro missed it was a jump floater. I hate those. He did it again. This time instead of the libro hitting it I played it off a set. I hit up, looked at the ace and nodded. He ran towards it, hit it but was shut out.
Team:"Shake it off"
The game carried on.

Some time later

The score gap between them and us got larger and larger. They were leading with 5 so far. It was 22 to 17. I looked at coach and he requested tiem out.
Y/n:"I saw that wheneverthe spiker spikes,Oikawa and him always look at eachother. Watch out for that."
The tema nodded and I drank my drink. I was on the front line down. Left blocker. Oikawa was on the right. I was face to face witha pretty tall dude, well tall for me. Tsukishima was in, Hinata out, they were cheering us on. I noticed they recieved the bal lnice. And were about to spike. I looked at Oikawa who was up to spike it. Tsukishima and Kageyama were in the air. But I noticed the number 12 jump. The spike wasn't going to be to Oikawa. It was towards number 12. I didn't defend with Kageyama and Tsukishima. I ran there and jumped, shutting him out just in time. I fell on my side. Gotta admit it hurt. But I stood up.
Nishinoya:"You okay?"
I nodded.
Now Oikawa was spiking. It was a faint. I saw the everyone didn't expect it. I was pretty far. But I wont let them score. No not anymore. as I didn't run. I jumped, basicaly dived at the floor and recieved it up in the air. Kageyama pulled of the quick attack. Leaving the tema unable to stop it again. The game went on and we caught up. However it was stil lthe first set. The score was 23-22. When Oikawa stricked and scored a point they were on a set point. The team looked down.
Y/n:"Shake it off. It is not like he beat us."
I said and they nodded. I was in the middle defender, so was Oikawa. He looked at me.
Oikawa:"Its you. I though you were just watching."
I grinned
Y/n:"I told you, you had no idea."
Oikawa:"I understand why your team is losing now."
That annoyed me. I saw Kageyama getting ready to set for Hinata.
Y/n:"Kageyama."
I said and jumped. I jumped pretty high as the ball came, Oikawa tried blocking it. I hit it pretty hard, making his hand get sent back and scored a point.
24-23. The game carried on and we won the first set. I was drinking my drink.
Coach ukai:"Y/n you will stay out for abit."
I nodded.

The second set

As I watched them play, I realised the point gap was big. 8-0 for Oikawa's team. I looked at the coach, and he subbed me in right defender. Oikawa was against me. He couldn't block me, his team mates helped him hsut me out twice. But soon we caught up on points and won the second set. We shook hands, said thank you and started leaving. I was sat outside waiting for Hinata and Kageyama. We became really good friends when I felt someone tap my shoulder. It was Oikawa.
Oikawa:"Hi"
I took my headphones out.
Y/n:"Oh hi."
Oikawa:"You sure play good. We should train toghater sometime."
I smilled and nodded. He gave me his number. Then Kageyama and Hinata came out.
Y/n:"I got to go. Bye"
I said and waved bye at him so did he and ran to them. We started walking home.
Y/n:"Oikawa seems nice."
Hinata:"Maybe hes nice because you are a girl"
I chuckled and shrugged.
