"I feel like Bobby and I are the only excited ones," I said, trying to contain my energy as we walked from the parking lot to the entrance of Disney's California Adventure.

"It's just so hot," Franny groaned, dragging her feet behind me with Oscar beside her. "Aren't you dripping with sweat already?"

"Of course, but I'm too excited to care! We are going to Pixar Pier, how can you not be ecstatic?" Crawford was smiling at me as he grabbed my hand. "Are you excited at least?"

"As long as I get to spend the day making you happy," he said. Oscar made a gagging noise behind us but I was too happy to care. "What's first?"

"Probably the Incredicoaster," Bobby said, looking at the map on his phone. "Is everyone okay with rollercoasters?"

"Yeah but I'm not sure that Crawford is tall enough," Franny teased. I giggled and Crawford just shook his head at her joke.

After that, we did the Ferris wheel and got tons of cute pictures around the pier before we decided to head to Disneyland.

The air conditioning of the car felt so nice and I had only intended to close my eyes for a second but the excitement of the day made a nap sound so inviting.

Crawford's POV
"Is she asleep?" Oscar turned around from his spot in the front seat and nodded. "I'm so nervous."

Bobby smiled from the driver's seat but kept his eyes on the road, tapping the steering wheel as he went. "Why's that?"

"Oh, I don't know, maybe because I'm trying to pull off the most epic proposal ever?" I wrung my hands nervously as I glanced over at (Y/N)'s sleeping face.

I wasn't scared of her saying no. I was pretty sure she would say yes, but I was scared of everything going wrong. She deserved something amazing and I was just hoping that I could do it.

"It's going to be so romantic," Franny said, reaching over and laying her hand on my knee. "Do you have the ring?"

I patted my back pocket and nodded. "Is it too flashy? She doesn't like flashy stuff but I guess if she hates it we can get something else," I stuttered but Franny squeezed my knee gently and shook her head.

"She's going to love it. It came from you and that's all that matters. Plus I helped pick it out and I have really good taste," she said, making everyone in the car laugh.

Your POV
I woke up to everyone laughing and frowned between Franny and Crawford. "What's so funny?"

Crawford was smiling and grabbed my hand. "Franny said something stupid. We're almost there!"

I yawned and stretched as much as I could in the cramped car, glancing out the window. The street was getting busier which added to my new wave of excitement. "We need to get Mickey ears," I said and Franny nodded excitedly.

"Yes! And we can take super cute pictures! Even you Oscar," she teased. Oscar rolled his eyes and gave an exasperated sigh, but as soon as we were in the park and the ears were on his head, it was like he was an eight year old boy.

"Are you pleased with your ears?" He gave me a goofy smile and nodded, adjusting them on his head.

"I kind of never want to take them off," he said and I nodded. I felt the same way, but it was probably socially unacceptable to wear Mickey Mouse ears in a setting that was not Disney or Halloween.

Crawford placed a hand on my back and I turned around to see him smiling uneasily. "Bob and I are going to go find a bathroom," he said.

"Are you okay? You look sick," I said. Crawford brushed the comment off and nodded but I grabbed his hand and started walking. "Come on, I'll go with you."

"No!" Bobby was quick to stop us and I frowned at the outburst. "We, um, have to go alone because," he trailed off and Franny stepped up.

"Because we have to go save us a spot in line for Big Thunder Mountain! I'm dying to go but the wait is always so long," she said. Crawford smiled and ushered me to follow Franny and Oscar but I kept glancing over my shoulder. "He's fine."

"Why is he acting all weird?" Oscar was smirking and I slapped his arm. "Why are you all acting weird?"

"We're not!" Franny smiled and linked our arms. "We're just trying to have a magical day, okay? Maybe he's planning on buying you something and he needs us to distract you?"

It seemed like something he would do so I shrugged all of their behavior off and decided to focus on having fun. We got in line and Franny insisted that we ride without them since they were "being slowpokes."

When we got off the ride, we met Crawford at the exit gates and he looked much more at ease. "Where's Bobby?" I glanced around but didn't see him anywhere close.

"Not sure, we got separated. I texted him and said we would meet at the castle," he said, grabbing my hand and pulling me along with him. "We can get some pictures while we wait too."

I smiled and nodded. When we came up to the front of the castle my breath was taken away. We had been in too much of a rush earlier to fully take it in but now I had time to stand and gape.

I dropped Crawford's hand and walked forward a few steps, my gaze turned upward. I heard a camera click and some gasps so I turned to see Crawford down on one knee and a ring box in his hand.

"I know you hate having attention drawn to you but I also know this is your dream proposal and it needed to be absolutely perfect," he said, beaming up at me. Bobby had his professional camera positioned near us and everyone's weird attitudes of the day suddenly made sense.

"Oh Crawford," I whispered, tears forming.

"Ever since the first day I met you I knew that we would be together sooner or later. Now it's later and I still feel the same way about you. Every day you make me want to be a better person and I never want to stop feeling that way. Will you marry me?"

Franny and Oscar were watching with smiles as the love of my life proposed to me in front if the Disneyland castle. This was every girl's dream and it took me a second to find my words. "Of course I will."

He slipped the ring on my finger and I wrapped my arms around his neck, kissing him. Everyone cheered and I smiled against his lips. "Are you happy?"

"I don't think I could be any happier than what I am right now."
