A Bryce Hall Love Story

Part 3

Teyha's POV
   I woke up to an alarm at 8. I went through my dresser and put an outfit for the beach together. I ended up with this.

I went downstairs and made a fruit bowl. Larray wasn't up yet so I made one for him and put it in the fridge. I left a note on the fridge door for him also. Not long after I finished my fruit bowl, Bryce knocked at the door. I opened it and gave him a fruit bowl.
Bryce- Thanks, Teyha!
Teyha- You're welcome.
He hugged me and I hugged back. We walked to his car and then drove to the beach. We walked down the sandy beach and set up a relaxing area.

I stripped down to my bathing suit and ran into the water. Bryce wasn't far behind me. He was wearing these.

We were standing in water to our thighs, trying to get used to the water.
Teyha- It's so cold.
Bryce- Oh really?
Just then Bryce pushed me in. I went under water and came up screaming.
Teyha- Oh my gosh! What the fuck, Bryce!?
He began laughing so I splashed him in the face. He started shaking from the freezing water. I began laughing.
Bryce- This means war!
He grabbed me and put me over his shoulder.
Teyha- Bryce?! No, Bryce! Please! No! No!
He lifted me up and through me off his shoulder into the freezing water. I came up and gave him the evil eye. We began a splash fight that lasted only a few seconds because I ran out of the water in fear. He chased me through the water, but he was too late. When we got up to our towels, we sat in the sand and not the chairs. I began burying him while we talked about life. And then he brought up something unexpected.
Bryce- So last night?
Teyha- What about last night?
Bryce- I know that kiss meant more.
Teyha- I know that too. But I don't want to ruin our friendship.
Bryce- And I would never to anything to do that, but.... never mind.
Teyha- We can talk about it if you want.
Bryce- No. We are besties and that's what matters most.
We went back to a normal conversation and then packed up and headed home. I went to my room and grabbed some clothes. I then went and took a shower. I got changed into this.

I went downstairs and ate some left over fruit. I was going through my phone when Larray came and sat next to me on a barstool.
Larray- Hey, sis.
Teyha- Hey, boo.
Larray- How was your time with Bryce?
Teyha- It was great. He brought up a weird question though.
Larray- What was it?
Teyha- Well, let me began at the party last night.
I told him about the party and the kiss between me and Bryce. Then I told him about the two kisses between me and Quinton.
Teyha- So when Bryce asked that, I was in shock. I just said I didn't want to ruin our friendship, even though I've liked him since I was a freshman.
Larray- Sounds like you have your hands full. Do you also like this Quinton guy?
Teyha- Yeah. That's the reason why I'm in a pickle.
Larray- Well, only time will tell who to pick.
Teyha- Yeah, I guess you're right.
Larray- I'm always right.
We both laughed and then I hugged him. I went back up to my room and scrolled through Instagram. I then saw this.

He was staring at my butt. What on earth is going on? I thought I was crazy to have a crush on my best friend. Just then Addison called.

Addi Raee

Addison- Teyha!!! I miss you!!
Teyha- I miss you too!!!
Addison- Can we hang tomorrow after school?
Teyha- Of course! But I'll be late. I have to get some groceries, so just tell Larray to let you in.
Addison- Ok. I'm gonna go to sleep. See you tomorrow.
Teyha- See ya!

And with that I went to bed.
