The rose ceremony was slowly approaching in a few days which meant that people were starting to try and figure out who exactly was getting a rose. Of course, there were some girls like Bella and Aspen who knew exactly who their roses were going to. Other girls, like Deidra, knew she had a big decision to make. In order to try and figure out what she was going to do, she decided to talk to Emma about it.
The two girls were sitting on one of the couches under a palapa when Deidra admitted, "Emma, I don't know what I'm gonna do about the rose ceremony."
"Yeah, I can't imagine being in your shoes," Emma responded, "Do you have any idea about how you're gonna make your decision?"
"No, not really. What makes it difficult is that the two of them are so different that it makes it hard to compare," Deidra answered.
Emma then asked, "Different how?"
"Well, they're both very sweet, but in different ways," Deidra explained, "River is really gentle and thoughtful and we have a lot in common. Keanu is really goofy, but it's in a good way. Being with him is just really lighthearted and fun, and I feel like I can talk to him about anything. What do you think of them?"
"I mean, I think Keanu's awesome. He's the nicest guy on the planet. Granted, him and Alex are friends, so I might be a little biased," Emma told her, "But River is awesome too. I guess, if anything, I would say to think about what your goals are for your future and what you want your future to look like, and then see which one of the guys best lines up with what you want in your life."
Deidra nodded and said, "That's really good advice. Thank you."
"Of course," Emma responded, "I got you girl."
Both girls laughed a little at that before sharing a hug. As the two of them continued to talk, Alex and Keanu were tossing a football on the beach and having a conversation of their own.
"So how are you feeling, man? What's going through your head?" Alex asked.
"Umm, I'm feeling good, I guess. I mean as good as I can be," Keanu answered, "Last week kind of sucked since I couldn't give Deidra my rose, but I feel like this week has been really good for her and I."
"Well that's good," Alex said before asking, "So do you think you're gonna get her rose this week?"
"I certainly hope so," Keanu answered, "You have any advice for me, dude? Everyone knows you're getting Emma's rose."
Alex chuckled a little at that before telling him jokingly, "Well in my case, her and I talked about comic books and Broadway shows and then we made out. That worked out pretty well for me."
Keanu laughed at that before saying, "Yeah, I'm not so sure about that."
Alex laughed as well before telling his friend, "Seriously though, just keep doing what you're doing. If she ends up giving you her rose great, but if not there's always someone else up out there."
"Thanks man," Keanu said.
Alex responded, "Anytime."
Olivia was one of the girls who thought that she knew where her rose was going, but things in paradise changed really quickly. She was sitting under a cabana with Ralph, Corey H., and Bella when a new guy came down the stairs. Bella was the first to notice as she asked, "Wait, is that Corey Feldman?"
The other three looked up to see that it was, in fact, Corey Feldman from Demi's season of the Bachelorette. When he saw this, Corey H. Immediately said, "Yes! Let's go!"
Corey H. then ran over to hug his friend. Meanwhile, Ralph was trying his best to hide his displeasure with the fact that Corey F. was here. Ralph and Corey F. had a history with each other as the two of them had a bitter feud on their season of the Bachelorette that ultimately got them eliminated from the season. The two of them hadn't seen each other since the Men Tell All, and Ralph certainly wasn't eager to see him again.
