Its finally Friday. I am packing my bag for tryouts. Once I am done I go down stairs and I eat a few grapes, strawberries, and raspberries. I then get in my car once I have my bag, water, phone and all my finished homework. I drive to school and as soon as I get there and I park next to Kam's car I see all my friends at his car talking. I lock my car and I walk over to them. "Hey guys." I said they smile and wave. "So after lunch Davina we both get the rest if the day to practice and our friends can get out to."
"That's awesome." "Yea no matter how much we see you guys dance it never gets old." Emily says. I smile. "I am so not gonna be able to concentrate." "Yea and the school rule us that we don't get homework because lots of students tryout but only half will get in. And if your in a group you both get in it or not at all." "Ok." The bell rings and I go to my locker and I put stuff in and take stuff out some. Then I make my way to Math. I sit behind Kam and Asher sits across from Kam.
Soon the lesson begins. And to no ones surprise I don't pay attention. The day carry ones and i soon find myself in the lunch room. Eating with my friends. "So the thing about tryouts is that the whole school watches and that lots of parents show up to and some just go there because it gets intresting." Kam says. I nod. "So are we gonna practice after lunch?" Kam nods. "But we will go to the spot Diana showed us. Became we want our dance to be a surprise." I nod.
Soon all of us are done eating. We leave the school. Asher rides with me in my car. "So we haven't talked a lot since you told me I was good at dancing and I never said thank you for it. So thanks. You dont know how much it means to me to see someone cares about me."
I glance over at Asher. "Your welcome. And everything I said was true. The whole group adores you and Kams dancing anyways." I nod and smile. We make it to the abandoned ballet studio. We get out an walk inside so does our friends. We shut the doors and I put our dance songs on. Then me and Kam dance. Once we are done with the first song we move on to the other. Then we just switch.
After an hour and a half we stop and take a drink break. "I think you guys could do this in your sleep." Cole says. "We're not that good. And plus what time do we have to be back at the school?" They look at there phones. "In 20 minutes so we should get a move along." Asher says. We nod and leave. Soon we make it and I rush into the locker rooms and change into a red sports bra with matching leggings. I keep my hair down.

I take off all my jewlery. I then Put on my special shoes. I walk out and I see my friends waiting. Kam come out in matching red shorts. "Was this planned?" Mark asks. "No." We then all run to the auditorium and me and Kam go sit in the front. He has to sit with the boys and I the girls. Hundreds of people come in taking seats. I look across the audience and I see Kam looking at me. He gestures for me to breath in and out. Then the dance tryouts begin.
"Ok next is a new group. Kameron Lee and Davina Garcia." Me and Kam run up the stage. I see my family in the middle of the audience. "The first song they will be dancing to is Skyscraper." Lots of cheers in the crowd. Me and Kam get in the middle of the stage. He goes back a little. I get in position and so does Kam and the music begins. Kam's hand comes in view and I slowly take it. We then start to dance.
