As time went on, Romans life got both better and worse. As King, he became one of the best villains in the region, feared by everyone, but as Roman, nothing changed. But luckily, some new arrivals about to arrive at Westerburg High will help him see the good still left in the world.
Roman is sitting in the back of his art class, doodling in his notebook as the teacher rambles on about things he already knows. Then the secretary walks into the room,"Roman, would you please follow me to the principals office?" Everyone turns and stares as Roman quietly gets up and follows them, a chorus of 'oohs' and 'he's in trouble's mocking him.
'Damn, I was hoping to get in another attack,' Roman thinks with a slight frown.
He follows the secretary where she leads him to the principal's office. He thanks her and opens the door, stopping short when he sees three new boys. He walks in and sends them a nervous smile, sitting down in front of the principal's desk. "Hello Roman. As you can see, we have some new arrivals to the school," he gestures to the strangers. "You have been chosen to show them around the school and help them get adjusted. Their names are Remy."
He points to a boy with dark brown hair wearing a white shirt, leather jacket and sunglasses holding a Starbucks cup. He has a sly grin on his face as he winks at one of the other boys. He looks back over at Roman,"Sup," Remy says lazily.
"Remy!" A boy with golden brown hair wearing a tan sweater with a pink tie underneath. "Sorry about him," he looks over at him apologetically,"I'm Emile! And this is Thomas." He points to the boy on his right. He's wearing a light red shirt with a yellow star from Steven Universe and chocolate brown hair with a slight blush on his face. Roman's eyes perk up slightly at his shirt, "Steven Universe r-right?" Roman internally curses his stutter. Thomas smile brightly, "Yep! It's one of my favorite shows."
"Alright," the principal says, catching their attention,"now that we've all meet, you should start showing then around." Roman nods and they all get up. Roman leads them out if the office into the hallway. He stops and turns around to face them,"What are your gays schedule?" They look at him with various expressions. Remy has a shit eating grin on his face, Emile has a look of disbelief on his face and Thomas stands with his mouth agape. Suddenly realizing what he said, he starts profusely apologizing. "Omg, I am so sorry. I didn't mean to say that. I dont even know if your gay, or any other sexuality for that matter."
Roman starts rambling about the diffrent sexualities they could be before Remy stops him. "Calm down gurl, none of us are offended. We are gay actually." Remy looks over at Emile,"Well, some of us are. Emile over here's pansexual." Emile nods quickly, "Are you gay?" Thomas asks. Roman stops short," Uhhhhhhhh. What? Uh, yeah. I am. But please don't tell anyone, people here are really homophobic," he warns the group. They nod and thank him for the advice
"Okay! Now that's Thats all fixed, can I see your guy's schedules?" Emile hands him the papers and Roman looks over them. He smiles lightly,"It seems like we have most of our classes together. This will make things easier for us."
"Okay! Let's get this show on the road!" Thomas and Emile follow up with their own train impressions getting a giggle out of Roman and an eye roll from Remy who fails at hiding a fond smile towards Thomas.
As Roman shows them around, he tells them about the teachers and who to avoid. He then stops in-front of the math class. "This is Mr. L's class, but that's just my nickname for him. We luckily have this class together so we'll see each other a lot!" Emile suddenly pipes up, "Why do you call him Mr.L?" Roman chuckles and responds, "I call him that because he hates it. He'd prefer if I called him Mr. Heart but I know he secretly likes it. His name is actually-"
The bell rings cutting off romans sentence, exactly as he planned. He looks over at his new friends, 'friends. Huh. I thought I wouldn't have any this year!' Suddenly Thomas pulls him out if his surprisingly not depressing thoughts, "How bout we give you our numbers so we can text whenever for like sleepovers?" He suggests. Roman nods his head excitedly, "Yeah! That's a great idea, I've never had a sleepover before." They give him slightly confused looks before Remy's phones goes off. "Oh would you look at that, it's time for starbies! Come on guys let's go, we'll see you later Roman." He starts walking out of the school, Roman casting him confused looks, "Didn't his timer go off like three times already?" Thomas and Emile both sigh disappointedly, wondering how their friend hasn't died yet from how much coffee the dude drinks.
"Well, see you tomorrow Roman!" Emile calls out running after Remy to try and stop him from buying even more coffee. Thomas turns to him and holds out a slip of paper, "Since the others forgot, here's our numbers. Text us when you can," Thomas then rushes off to catch up with his friends. Roman stares at their receding figures, a bright smile on his face. Suddenly the smile grows a malicious glint to it, 'Time for an attack. Let's hope they all show up.'
Roman giggles quietly as he walks off, getting ready for his newest attack.
