"Kunj" whispered Twinkle slowly..

Kunj: Twinkle are you fine? Drink this...he offered her a glass of water and she took it.

Kunj: How are you feeling?

Twinkle: Fine just headache

Kunj moved up to the side table and took out some tablets which the new doctor has prescribed.
Here take it, he said passing it to Twinkle.

Kunj: Twinkle why did you go to the lift? Mna kia tha na maine...you never listen to me.

Hearing this Twinkle started crying. She thought Kunj might be angry with her but in reality, he was just scared of losing her.

Twinkle: Kunj...I'm sorry
Kunj got shocked coz he normally asked her the reason.

Kunj: TWINKLE plz stop crying...plz

He passed his handkerchief to her thinking she will wipe her tears but she used it to wipe her nose.

Eww.. Twinkle, said Kunj making weird faces.

Twinkle: Oh oh sorry....Take it.

Kunj: No, you keep it now. Give me back after cleaning it.
Now tell me what happened in the office. How dare they hold your hand.. Han?

Twinkle eyes got widened hearing Kunj.

Kunj: I know everything...I saw it in the camera footage.

Twinkle narrated how some papers flew down and they told her to take that lift.
Kunj blood boiled hearing this.

Kunj: They knew that lift was not in use then too they deliberately told you to use it.
And Twinkle what was the need to go down by yourself...you could have told someone else to bring those papers.

Twinkle: KUNJ...

Kunj: What Kunj?? You know how much I got scared after seeing you like that. You weren't even breathing properly. I had to.. (He realized what he was going to say)

Twinkle: What you had to?

Kunj: Noth... nothing forget it.

Twinkle: Tell me na.

I gave CPR to you...Look I know you will get angry but I didn't have any choice.

Twinkle smiled hearing him.
Kunj: You are smiling. Aren't you angry?

Twinkle: Why will I be angry? You did that to save my life...You know Kunj jb mai waha phasi thi aur mujhe saans bhi nhi ari thi..Mujhe pta tha tm aaoge mujhe bchane aur tm aae Kunj...tm aae mere liye.

Her talks made Kunj more guilty but he was somewhere happy that Twinkle trust him.

Kunj's POV: How much she trusts me. I'm sorry Twinkle to treat you like this. But I will mend everything. I have realized how much I love you. Yes, I have unexpectedly fallen in love with you Twinkle!!

Kunj kaha kho gae, said Twinkle snapping her fingers.

Twinkle: Kunj ye kya hoa..tmhara bandage. (She saw bloodstains on his arm)
Itna blood kaese?

Kunj tell me what did you do? Kya kia tmne...kitna pain ho rha hoga. Show me she said and touched his wound which made Kunj winced in pain.

Twinkle: Ek minute you said you saw those men holding my hand.
Kahi tmne unko....?

Kunj looked at the other side not making any eye contact with her.

Twinkle: Kunj look at me. You did this for me?

Kunj: Ha so what I beat them...you are my wife. How dare they touch you?

Mera bs chlta to mai unhe fire hi nhi jail bhi bhijwa deta, said Kunj in angry tone.

Twinkle again had tears in her eyes.
Kunj you fired them because of me. I'm sorry..

Kunj kept his fingers on her lips. Shhhh...
Stop saying sorry again and again.
You aren't at fault. Okay?

Twinkle just nodded in yes.

Twinkle: Let me change your bandage now.

Kunj: Areh I will do it myself. You rest.

He took out the first aid box and tried wrapping the new bandage but it was slipping again and again.

Twinkle: You can't do one thing without me. Huh..let me do it for you.
She started carefully changing it while Kunj was adoring her lovingly.

#Scene Shifts to the Taneja Mansion

RT is shown talking to someone on the call.

RT: What information you have given me till now isn't enough. Tm paiso ki fikar mt kro...jld se jld Maan Singh ke bare mein sari information nikalo.

Since the day Maan Singh lied, RT started keeping his eyes on him. He stopped telling him about his deals and projects and put some men on work to seek all the information about Maan Singh's doings.

Twinkle was asleep while Kunj was wide awake.

Kunj's POV: Mom said Twinkle loves me. But she hasn't told me anything like that...Is it that difficult to tell someone that you love him/her?

Kunj looked towards Twinkle and saw her sleeping peacefully.
He moves to her side and caressed her hair slightly.

Kunj: Twinkle I love you. But will you also love me back? After knowing what I have done with you will you ever forgive me?

That night Kunj wasn't getting sleep so he decided to write his diary. This diary has all his secrets inside it. He went to his secret room moving through a door that was still unknown to Twinkle.
