Hot Swapping

Authors notes: UnderTale and Deltarune are owned by Toby Fox. The only Character I own is the Main Character OC and Juna I made for this story. This is a work of fiction any character/s that may seem based on someone or something you own is a coincidence. Also any other AU that I may base a story element around is their respective owners'. I only use them in right of fair use do not comment saying I stole an idea or property, thank you. Also seeing as many AUs have been stolen I couldn't find the original owners of some and I will not be saying which AUs I am using for the story elements

Chapter one: Hop Swap

Sometime later after much explaining, Sans and Chara finally met up with Dee and Papyrus at the skeleton brothers home. Sans: "Mweh, heh, heh, I'm glad to see you awake my little skeleton friend." Dee: "... Yup still weird..." Sans: "What's weird?" Papyrus: "Don't mind them, their just from another universe where everyone's personalities are swapped around." Sans: "REALLY?!? That's so cool, so that means their from a world where you're not a lazy bones Paps?" Dee: "Uh yea... but you are." Dee said the last part smiling under his mask cheekily, knowing the reaction this Sans would most likely give. Sans: "WHAT?! NO, THAT'S HORRIBLE, I'LL HAVE TO WORK DOUBLY HARD FOR THE BOTH OF US THEN, MWEH, HEH, HEH!!" Dee almost spit as they started laughing. Dee: "PFFT! Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.... huh....." Papyrus: "What's up kid you seem a bit... awkward?" Dee: "It's fine... just not used to having genuine emotions, ever since turning into a monster I've been feeling, feelings. Like real ones, it's...... really hard to get used to." Papyrus: "Huh, well a monsters soul and magic are really tied to emotion so it makes sense in a way. Also that car thing... y'know that may not be what happened." Dee: "What do you mean?" Papyrus: "Well do you remember anything else besides a bright light?" Thinking back Dee tried to remember to the best of their abilities everything that happened. Dee: "Hmm, everyone kind of vanished, there was a bright light. Hmm..." Thinking hard Dee realized something they missed before. Dee: "Oh wait their was a weird sound." Papyrus: "What kind of sound?" Dee: "I'm not sure, it had to have been far away so it echoed a lot... but it seems familiar... maybe an engine? Hmm.. I don't know." Crossing their arms and legs, they began to ponder the noise more before interrupted. Sans: "Well I think I am going to start making dinner, does anyone want some tacos?" Looking up Dee lightly jumped off the couch and offered to help cook, never having made tacos before they wanted to try it. Sans was happy enough to have some extra help, though the feelings of joy and friendship where short lived as Dee collapsed in the middle of the living room with a hard thud.

(Meanwhile In D-scapeTale)

Toriel was busy giving Dee a sponge bath, It had been almost 20 days since they had fell into a coma. As she bathed Dee, as usual she carefully took out the Iv in order to also change the tape and replace the IV bag itself as well as the Drip and tubing. Though taking out the IV wasn't needed for the bath, it helped in the process of cleaning. It wasn't until Dee's health started to drop little, be little did it become a problem. Before she could get it back in their health stabilized at 250, feeling relief Toriel gently moved Dee into her lap to get a better angle. As she did, Dee gently stirred their eyes lighting up a dull white. Dee: "What, Tori....?" As soon as they awoken, they passed out once more, getting the IV back in, Toriel then gently dressed and carried them to the bedroom before she rushed down stairs. Her loud foot fall telling everyone she was coming, as she excitedly rushed into the skeleton bros small kitchen that had recently had a slight remodel to make it a bit bigger, as they had been having a lot of company lately. Toriel: "Sans, Papyrus!" Sans: "Whoa, what's going on Tori?" Toriel: "It's Dee, it was only for a split second, but they woke up." Sans: "WHAT?!? Are you sure?!" Toriel: "Yes, they recognized me they even tried saying my name." Toriel was almost in tears as she gave the brothers the good news, Juna who was helping Toriel bathe Dee, even confirmed they woke up for a second. The good news lifted everyone hearts so much, and as it spread to the others, everyone was ecstatic to hear, especially Frisk and Asgore.
