Wildest Dreams

Here's the first one-shot. Hope you like it! Also, your friends in this are supposed to be girls.

Summary- your best friend trying to play around with you can do something you least expect it to do.

"Hey y/n!" 

"Y/best friend/n, hi. It's been sooo long!"

"Ya it has. Too long, in my opinion." she said while laughing, which made you laugh too. "So, how's LA treating you?" she asked, because you had recently shifted to LA. "It's really nice. Especially when i get to hang out with my old friends again, now that we all live in the same city." you smiled brightly and said.

You get out of your car. You, y/ best friend/n and 2 of your other friends had planned to go shopping. You guys had decided to meet at the mall.

When the 2 of your other friend's reached, you give them huge hugs, going on about how long it's been since you last saw them. After that, you all go to many shops and browse. All of you had bought many things. After 3 hours of shopping, you were starting to get tired and hungry. So you suggested that you guys go to the restaurant you saw near your house. They agreed.

-- At the restaurant--

"Wow, it's so warm and cozy here." y/friend/n said. "Ya. It also has a live singer!" You exclaimed. "Hey y/n, you're really good at singing, aren't you" y/best friend/n asked. "Oh no. You are so not going to do what I think your going to do" you replied, a little scared that she'll ask the live singer if you could sing. It's true, you were good at singing, but you only sung for yourself. You weren't exactly fond of singing in front of others. y/best friend/n smirked and said" Don't worry I'm not going to do anything." while faking innocence, which you knew very well, so you made a mental note to keep an eye on her.

You guys find a table and sit. You all tell what all you want to eat to the kind waitress who took your orders. After about 20 mins, you, y/best friend/n and y/friend/n were done eating. y/other friend/n was still eating, so you were waiting for her. 

"Hey I'm going to the washroom. Be right back." you say while standing up from your seat and go to the washroom. When you come out, you hear the live singer making an announcement. You weren't paying much attention to it, until you hear him say your name. Then it hits you. Y/best friend/n had asked the live singer if you could sing while you were in the washroom. You were so going to kill her later.

The exact announcement was " Today we have a volunteer, who is going to sing wildest dreams by Taylor Swift. May we have a round of applause for miss y/n!" followed by the sound of clapping. You knew there was no way out of this exept by singing wildest dreams. So you go to the small makeshift stage, where the live singer gave you a mic. You took it in your hand and took a small breath. He plays the starting notes of the song on his very cool looking guitar (the guitar Taylor Swift has in the video). You start singing. 

He said, "Let's get out of this town
