I watched Paul as he stared in amazement at the little bundles in his arms. I cooed at our 6 week old babygirls as they stared up at their daddy and I. I was pregnant when Mark had thrown me across Sam and Emilys yard. That caused a few complications during the pregnancy and we almost lost them a few times. When they finally arrived Paul and i were over the moon. Kaya Isabella Lahote meaning elder sister and Kimi Jade Lahote meaning secret because we actually didn't know she was growing inside me until i gave birth. One hell of a surprise that was when i gave birth to Kaya then Kimi a few minutes later. Paul almost fainted. So Kimi was our little secret, hidden away behind Kaya in my belly. They were identical with russet skin and thick black hair like Paul and green eyes like me but even at 6 weeks they had their own personalities. Kaya was the louder of the two crying alot more than her sister. Kimi rarely cried and they hated being seperated from each other. It would only take a touch of the hand from one to get the other to stop crying and the easiest way to get them to sleep was to lay them both on their daddys chest. Its like he had some kind of magic touch when it came to our girls.

Emily was in her 6th month of pregnancy and her and Sam were over the moon. Sam adored his nieces and would drop by everyday to see them. Our dad and my mom got back together and got married a month later. They decided they didn't want to waste another minute being apart. They both adored being grandparents as did Pauls dad. His mom left when he was younger but his dad was a really good man.

Jacob imprinted on Seths sister Leah. She used to be engaged to Sam but after he imprinted on Emily who happened to be Leah cousin he broke up with her. Heartbroken Leah left La Push and travelled for a while. She came back a few months ago and as soon as Jacob saw her and imprinted he took her to Sams and he an Sam explained everything to her. it took her a few days to let it sink in but then she forgave Emily and Sam and accepted Jacob as her imprint. Her and i grew to be really good friends. The rest of the pack had yet to imprint, except Jared who had been with his imprint Kim for a while.

I visited the Cullens often. Bella and i were still really close and she was ecstatic when i told her about giving Kaya her middle name.

"Are you okay love"

I turned to look at Paul who was staring at me with a confused look.

"i'm fine baby, just thinking about everything thats happened"

I lifted Kimi from his arm and cuddled her to my chest as i leaned into Pauls side, he put his arm around me and kissed the top of my head.

"I never imagined i would be this happy. I have you and our babies and a big family. You saved me Paul"

He hugged me tighter to his body pecking me on the lips as i looked up at him. Then he reached into his pocket and pulled out a small velvet box.

"Jade, the day i heard your voice in the forest i felt the pull of the imprint and when i found you and looked in your eyes i knew we would be together. You saved me just as much as i saved you, I couldn't imagine my life without you Kaya or Kimi. I love you so much, Marry me?"

I simply nodded my head and held my hand out as he slipped the diamond ring onto my finger. The twins stirred a little as i leaned up to kiss him.

"I love you so much Paul"

Two days later we stood by the bonfire on the beach as the rest of the pack, imprints and our families sat around. Sam held Kaya as he showered her with kisses an Jacob had Kimi in his arms as he and Leah fussed over her. Seth spoke up

"So whats this special announcement?"

Everyone turned their attention to Paul and I. I slipped my hand into my pocket where i had hid my ring and put it on my finger before holding it up so everyone could see. Straight away we were met with squeals and cheers as everyone came over to congratulate us. I had a loving extended family, a wonderful fiance and two beautiful baby girls. life was perfect.
