"(Y/N), is this shirt okay? No nevermind it has to be more formal! I'm going to change!"
With that, another shirt was added to a huge pile of shirts in front of Noah's closet.

I shook my head. We were going to meet up with my parents for the first time,and Noah was extremely nervous.
I knew his family very well and they all liked me, so Noah felt like he had to achieve the same thing with my family.

"Noah, come oooon! You look good in everything! Let's go now!"
Noah came out in a striped shirt and he turned around.
"What do you think? It looks good right? Or should I change?"
I looked at him and smirked.
"Wait, that's not your shirt! That's Blake's! Did he give it to you?"

Noah looked at me with puppy eyes and said:" No, Emily stole it from his closet and gave it to me. Does it look formal enough? I don't want your dad to think that I'm not serious about our relationship or something."
He was about to turn around and go back into his closet but I quickly said:" No, that looks great! You look very good! Now let's go or do you want to be late? That would be a great first impression."

His mouth dropped.
"Let's go, come on! Hurry up (Y/N)!"

I started laughing :"Look who wants to go now."

Noah didn't say a word during the entire ride to my house.
He only mumbled something over and over again.

"What are you mumbling?", I asked him.
"I have to practice how I introduce myself.
Okay listen: Hello Mr. And Mrs. (Y/L/N). My Name is Noah Beck. It's so nice to meet you. It's an honor that you've allowed me to date your wonderful daughter."

I started laughing. "Jesus Noah! You sound like a politician. It's not that serious. They're just my parents!"

"They're not just your parents! They're going to my future parents in-law! I have to make a good impression!"

"Your future parents in-law right? Well that's interesting..."

Noah smirked and pulled over.
We were in front of my parents house.

"You're going to rock this.", I said and gave him a kiss.
