Maddie's POV (time skip to age 10)
"Get back here you little shit!!" These girls who are chasing me screamed at me. Let me fill you in on what is happening. So my dad (Alex) decided to let me go to school this year and at first it was really good, good amount of friends, no bullies, excelling grades, but that all changed after winter break. These girls decided that I was their new target so now I am running the school hallways looking for yet ANOTHER janitors closet.
Deja vu anyone else? No? Ok I'll shut up now.
They never actually hit me just the occasional trip and push but today they slapped me. Not one, not twice, but THREE FLIPPING DOODLE TIMES!! And what was even worse was they started kicking me! Welp I'm screwed.
My dad also got me a phone because he wants me to be able to reach him or anyone else if something happens and I need help. Can that man see in the future or some crap? This is ridiculous! I quickly turned a corner and saw the janitors closet. Thank god I thought I was going to die. Maybe I should take those workout sessions my dad schedules more seriously.
I opened the door and quickly locked it and moved to the other side of the room.
"You can't stay in there forever you little crap!! Just come out here and take your punishment head on!!"
I got out my phone and with shaky hands I dialed my dad. "Maddie are you ok? Why are you calling me during school?"
"Daddy?" More sobs escaped my mouth before I could tell him anything. "Daddy can you please come here?" *sobs* I heard some noise and shouts coming from the other side and then he said," don't worry honey I'm on my way hang in there."
I hung up on the phone and just sat there crying my eyes out. I don't know how long I sat there but those girls were still banging on the door until I heard someone say, "hey!"
Someone then knocked on my door and said, "miele? It's me and grandad can you come out for me?"
I slowly got up and unlocked the door and saw both dad and grandpa looking worried. I jumped into dads arms and wept while he was whispering soothing words in my ear. "Babygirl what happened?"
"T-these girls g-got mad be-because I-I'm better t-than t-them in d-dance. S-so they s-started h-hitting me." I felt his arms squeeze me tighter but I groaned because they hit me hard in the ribs.
Dad pulled away and looked in my eyes and then he lifted up my shirt and I could see a bruise already started to form and when he put pressure on it I started crying more. He turned to grandad and gave me to him and I put my head in his neck and cried more.
"Take her to the nurse, I'll talk to the principal and then get her stuff," he said while kissing my cheek before walking off.
"How bad does it hurt sweetie?"
"8"
"Come on let's get to the nurse." He started walking while carrying me to the nurse. When we got there he set me down and the nurse checked me out and it turns out they bruised my ribs a little. We were sitting there for a while, me crying on his shoulder and grandad icing my ribs when dad walked in looking angry.
"Daddy."
"Come on we need to go to the hospital to get medication for her ribs. What did you do?"
"The girls are being suspended and then they get detention when they come back. Come on let's get you to the hospital."
We walked out of the school and into the car and then made our way to the goodie old hospital.
Allans POV(after hospital)
I got out of the car and walked over to Maddie's side and picked her up gently being aware of her ribs. Those girls hurt my baby I swear I would have done something else if I was the principal.
"Oh my gosh is she okay? Does she need anything?" My mom asked.
"Mom she's asleep right now she's fine I'm going to put her to bed and then wake her up for dinner," I said while kissing her cheek.
I walked into my house and then up the stairs to Maddie's room and took her shoes off and then tucked her in. After that I made my way downstairs into one of my offices and started to work on all of these papers that I need to do. This is going to take longer than I thought.
——-2 hours later——-
I just finished signing all of these papers and started to relax but then I remembered that Maddie got injured today. I saw the video and she was trying to hold them off and for a while she was. Looks like all those lessons are pulling off. But then this one girl decided it would be best if she kicked her feet out of her and then they all started doing that until Maddie ran away. She knows how to use a gun but I've never given her one cause she's too young to OWN one but not learn how to use one.
Just as I was about to go and get Maddie I saw the door open and her little head pop in. I was confused as to how she knew I was here but let it be when I saw hurt in her face.
"Maddie honey what's wrong? Come over here." She slowly made her way over but when she was close enough I scooped her up and held her close. "Is it your ribs?"
"Mhm." I feel so bad. I don't want her to be in pain.
"Do you want to get some pain medicine before dinner?" I felt her nod her head. As she did that there was a knock on the door. "Come in!"
"Dinner is ready sir."
"Alright thank you." I stood up with Maddie and made my way to the dining room. When I got there my parents, Steven, and some of my other men whom I'm close with were talking. They stopped when we came in and I set Maddie down in her seat and then sat down at the head of the table.
"Are you ok Mad dog?" Steven asked.
She just shook her head no and he looked at me so I just said, "some girls at school were kicking her at school and now she has a bruised rib. Which reminds me," as the maids were putting dinner in front of us I called one of them over and said, "can you get Maddie some Aleve for her ribs."
"Yes sir." She left and came back with some and gave it to her. Dinner went pretty smoothly and soon enough it was time for bed. I took Maddie upstairs and helped her get ready and then layed down with her until she fell asleep. When she did I kissed her goodnight and went to get ready for bed.

Wow!!! Maddie doesn't do too well with school. Other than that pretty chill.
