In IU diet you'll eat small amount of food-
Morning-1 Apple🍎🍏
Lunch-1 sweet potato🍠
Dinner-Protein shake🍼
Overall it's only 300 calories in a day,you can try this for 1 or 2 weeks
Maybe you can just try for 3 days and see how it works and see if you can keep up the plan
