porcelain doll, chapter 9
taehyung ran as fast as he can to his bedroom to tell lisa about his day, which was a little bit suspicious from his parents' perspective.
"lisa?" taehyung says once he opened the door to his bedroom before stepping in, finding the doll who was a bit smaller than him sitting on the floor in a weird way with a book in her hand.
he tip-toed towards her, careful not to wake the doll up as he sat beside her.
taehyung grabbed the book she was holding and it was a book about a random fairy tale, he puts the book away and stares at lisa's features.
lisa was ethereal, taehyung can't deny that. she has long blonde hair, flawless pale skin, pink plump lips, cute doe eyes and has a perfect body figure. taehyung kind of felt like he needed to say thank you to his uncle joon for making her very beautiful.
she looks like those dolls in barbie movies jennie used to watch but a better version, no offence to barbie though.
taehyung tucked a hair behind the doll's ear, smiling widely but instantly turned to a frown once he saw the little crack on the doll's porcelain face, specifically her cheeks.
confused, he looked around the room and did realize that lisa was sitting in a weird position, the book in her hand was in an upside-down state.
"did she fall?" taehyung mumbles to himself before caressing the little crack on the doll's smooth porcelain face.
he stands up and went downstairs, "mom?" he called out, his mom going out of the kitchen seconds later, "yes, baby?"
"did something fall here earlier? like a loud thud?" the twelve-year-old questions, mrs. kim then rested her chin on her palm, thinking.
"actually there was a loud thud earlier but it's not a big deal-"
taehyung ran away from the kitchen and went back to his room, mrs. kim can only shrug at her son's behavior.
taehyung puts lisa's head on his lap, "lisa? wake up, please." he says before opening the drawer that was beside him and grabs a pink bandage that jennie used to give him whenever he's wounded.
he opens the bandage and carefully covers the crack on lisa's face.
now he has to wait for her to wake up.
will she?
