taehyung tried not to gasp in shock.

he can't believe it.

kim jisoo and her family are their new neighbors.

so that's why jisoo didn't attend class earlier, she's moving neighborhoods. taehyung thought.

"welcome to the neighborhood! this isn't much but i hope you'll enjoy these cookies." mrs. kim greeted, smiling warmly at the family.

"thank you! oh my, please come in." jisoo's mom said, opening the door wide for them to come in with a big smile on her face.

mrs. kim nodded and went inside, taehyung following behind after.

"oh! this is my son, kim taehyung." mrs. kim introduced, dragging taehyung in front of her where the boy only let out his famous box smile.

"hello!" he shyly says, jisoo's mom cooed at the boy's cuteness before calling her daughter who was avoiding taehyung, a tint of pink in both of her cheeks.

"jisoo-ah! greet our new neighbors, they have a handsome son too!" the woman said, jisoo then came in front before bowing her head, shyly introducing herself.

"h-hello, i'm jisoo."

both families talked and laughed, taehyung patiently waiting for them to finish so he could go back to lisa and tell her all the things she missed.

jisoo noticed taehyung who was lost in his thoughts, she approached the boy and sat beside him, still shy.

"h-hey."

taehyung turns his head towards jisoo's direction. smiling, he said "hello."

it was awkward but jisoo decided to end that by saying, "h-how about touring me around the area? we're not going that far anyway, i'll tell mom and dad about it." jisoo offered, "and it seems like they're having fun." she added, glancing at their parents.

taehyung sighs, glancing at their parents who were currently getting along with each other.

he needs to go back to lisa.

but being a good boy he is, he agreed.

at least lisa will be able to see him with his new neighbor.
