A Lovely sin

I search hard to find the words,

I write, erase and start over again.

Its like no water in the scorching desert,

No warmth in the icy snow.

I struggle to find the right words to show,

These feelings in my heart, unbound love.

Twisting and grouping like tree branches in a storm,

To tell myself what my heart feels would be a sin.

I toss and turn and my thoughts run rapid,

How could this be so hard to tell, to show, to whisper.

And as I faintly start drifting away,

The words slip from my lips ever so faintly.

"I love you- YES I do" .
