6: Arrival and The Gaurdian

All passengers in Singapore Airlines flight 235, we would like to inform you that the plane is about to land at the Incheon International Airport. Please prepare for the landing. Thank you for choosing Singapore Airlines. Happy journey.

I am now walking out of the plane, but this time with Mingi. He helped me till the luggage pickup. Then he said,

"Well, I guess we have to part now."

I sighed as I pondered over the awesome time I had spent with Mingi in the plane was something I rarely had with anyone in my life. So I just replied,

"Yeah, there may be a lot of articles popping up in Naver itself if people saw you with a girl like me."

He then laughed a little and said,

"Yeah, that'll seem pretty awkward. So, are you taking an Uber?"

I scoffed and said,

"No, I have someone picking me up. And he himself can cause some crowd aside the one that is waiting for all of you guys."

He now looked confused for a second and said,

"What?"

I tried to let that go as I replied,

"Never mind. I think we'll talk later then."

He then brought a hand with his little finger out. I got confused for a bit as I asked,

"What? Do you need to go to the loo now?"

He then giggled and said,

"No, silly Simreen. Promise me. That you will talk to me."

I scoffed and said,

"Like I am gonna avoid the Song Mingi on my SNS feed. But sure."

I then tangled my own little finger with his and twisted our hands up to stick the thumbs and seal the promise. As I did that, I couldn't help but smile. Then suddenly Mingi said,

"심린아, 우섰에어? 우섰에어? (Korean for "you're smiling? You're smiling?")"

Now if you are a real ATINY, or at least a 2000+ liner, you must know the "Hit The Whoa" challenge. Where you just suddenly do the Woah! Move with a friend if someone is smiling or something unbelievable happens.

And K-pop Idols have given it their own spin, where is anyone catches you smiling, you and the person must do the Whoa! Move while saying "뭐아!" (Korean for "Whoa!" Or "What!").

And as I am an ATINY and a 2002 liner, I know the cue better than anyone else. And that moment, even San and Yunho noticed the cue. And then we all together went "뭐아!" As we all shouted together,

"뭐아!"

Then San said,

"You caught the Mo-yah cue before us. You definitely are an elite ATINY."

I now had a prideful gush of air flowing through my hair as I replied,

"Well, you can't call yourself a real ATINY if you can't hit the 뭐아!"

And as I had thought, everyone in ATEEZ had joined me in the Mo-yah! It's almost like a ritual move for us. Well, I think everyone except Seonghwa.

Because the guy who usually cheerfully joins in all the Mo-yah! moments of ATEEZ, didn't do it this time. He was looking at us. I almost thought that it may have been his forever usual judging gaze, but the stare was rather softer.
