Hyunjin's POV

I woke up when I heard my phone alarmed. It's 10 am already. I took a very quick bath and wore my school uniform. Zatie said we will go somewhere so I purposely turned on my alarm. I dried my hair and wore my shoes. I locked my room and went to Zatie's room. I knocked three times but there's no answer.

I knew it. She's still sleeping. What am I expecting?

I opened the door and I was right. She's still sleeping. She told me we will go somewhere but she's still sleeping. Wow. I sat on her bed and stared at her.

Her face didn't even changed a bit. It's still her attractive yet annoying face that I've witnessed ever since we were young.

She opened her eyes.

I quickly stood up "I-It's 10 am"

"That fast?! Gosh" Zatie stretched, she took her uniform and went straight to the bathroom "Wait for me! Don't you ever leave or I'll kill you!" she shouted

Still the same old Zatie, the girl who will order me around. She would never even let me decide, she will just tell me what she wants me to do. Great. I've been living this life for 20 years.

I looked at her study table and saw two picture frame. I quickly took it and saw the first picture. It was me and Zatie when we were still young, the next one is our family picture. It was taken at the same time. I look happy in the picture but I didn't know it'll change. I lied down on her bed and stared at her ceiling. It's the same ceiling we tried to paint 7 years ago. She didn't even tried to remake it.

After a couple of minutes, she finally came out of the bathroom wearing her uniform. Her hair is still wet, she wore her shoes and looked at me.

"What?"

"Let's go" she said and brushed her hair

"And your hair looks like that?"

"So, what? Who cares? Is there something in the law written about wet hair?" she rolled her eyes and came out of her room

I quickly followed her downstairs, she's eating a bread "Are we going or not?"

"Hyunjin, you should eat too" Aunt said

Aunt...

"I'm going to be late"

"I'll just take care of him. Bye!" Zatie said and left the house, carrying the bread on her right hand

I followed her outside "You already brushed your teeth. Why are you eating now?"

"Then, I'll brush my teeth later" she took a bite of the bread

We walked to the bus stop and rode the bus that just arrived. We are at the very back of the bus, she's sitting beside the window. It's her favorite spot, what can I do?

"Yoon Jin-ae"

"Who?" Zatie asked and looked at me

"It's your name, stupid"

"Yup, my korean name but I am Zatie. That's what I want everyone to call me. Stop being so talkative, will you?" she rolled her eyes

"We lived in Malaysia, but that doesn't-"

"I'll break your bones" she whispered

"Whatever"

"I heard there's a famous ice cream shop near our school? Shall we try it or nah?" Zatie

"Jin-ae, you-"

"Zatie, you mean?" Zatie

"Yeah, I mean, Zatie. You said you don't want to eat any sweets-"

"That's not too much sweet. If you don't want then don't. If I know you will go with your friends. You scumbag" Zatie rolled her eyes

"Can you stop rolling your eyes?"

"Stop annoying me" Zatie

"I didn't"

"Yes, you just did" Zatie

We arrived at the bus stop in front of the mall. We got out of the bus and entered the mall. She's looking around.

"Why are we here?"

"Are you scared? They might notice you and put you inside the jail, again? Don't worry" Zatie said and walked towards somewhere "I saw it!"

She walked towards the shop I tried to stole the camera yesterday. Damn.

"Yoon Zatie, where the hell are we going?!"

"Just follow me, will you?" Zatie annoyingly said and entered the shop

I sighed and followed her inside.

"Are you here to steal, again?!" the owner shouted

"No-"

"Why are you acting so rude towards your customer? We are here to buy something not steal anything. I know my brother's-" Zatie

"We're not siblings"

"Okay, I know what he did and I got tired of getting him out of the jail. So, we are here to buy. I will pay with my money" Zatie

"What? What are you going to buy?"

"Just shut up" Zatie rolled her eyes and talked to the owner

They went somewhere while talking. In every shop inside this mall, why here? I am now hesitating to steal the camera I want, because Zatie is here. She looked at me and looked at the owner again. Looks like they are talking so well. What to do? Argh! You can't, Hyunjin! Zatie is here! I saw Zatie signing a form something, then the owner left.

She smiled at me but I just looked away and left the shop. I think if I will saw the camera, I will steal it right away. Control yourself, Hyunjin. You can't put Zatie into trouble. That's not what you should do. Just let her buy what she wants and wait here, outside.

Zatie came out of the shop carrying a paper bag "Let's go"

"What did you buy?"

"A secret you can't know. Anyway, we're going to be late" Zatie said and walked away

I am damn curious.
