Hey guys! This is going to take place right after Leo rescued Calypso.

I couldn't be any happier than I was right now. Flying over the water on Festus with a hot girl holding on to my waist. I still couldn't believe that that hot girl holding onto my waist actually liked me. Shes all mine. I that thought sent me a thousand feet into the air.

"Where are we going, Leo?" Calypso asked me, looking in awe over the side of Festus. I thought to myself for a moment. Where was I going to take her? She doesn't know anything about the modern world, and there is so much to teach her. I settled on taking her to the best place in the world. McDonald's. Or burger king. I couldn't choose. I settled on burger king.

"Well, I am taking you to one of the most wonderful places on this Earth." I told her happily, exited myself for being able to taste burger king again. She smiled.

"Oh, I cant wait! It already sounds amazing, the way you said that." she said excitedly. I laughed. She would be in for a treat.

We finally saw land in front of us and Calypso caught her breath. Along the coast line was hotels that rose a hundred feet in the air. There were hundreds of people along the beach, and I hope the mist was strong enough to cover up Festus. It would probably look like an airplane.

"Well, your first glimpse of the modern world. How do you like it?" I asked. She was gaping at the buildings, then looked at the people in terror.

"This is very scary for me. This will be the first time in hundreds of years that I was in the presence of more than one person, other than the gods. Although, yes, the buildings are truly magnificent." she said, her eyes shining. I was worried for her. She is going to be very awkward around people, and I hope she doesn't let slip that she is a goddess.

"Okay, so we are almost there. Almost to the place that makes everybody's dreams come true!" I told her, and she looked more exited than anything. We flew over the people, and they looked up at us. I hoped they saw an airplane. One kid looked up and screamed, "Airplane!" and I let out a sigh of relief.

We finally were hovering over burger king. I couldn't just land on it, so I found a large alley nearby and landed Festus.

"Well, Calypso, follow me!" I said, and I started to run. She ran after me, and soon we were standing in front of burger king. I opened the door and held it for Calypso as she walked in curiously.

"Leo, is this the most magnificent place that you needed to show me?" she asked, looking around.

"Why yes! Now, you can order off of the menu, anything you want. I have some money here, but don't get everything please." I told her. She cautiously walked up to the order counter. I decided to order for her since she didn't know what anything was.

"Two ten piece chicken nugget meals with a side of fries, please." I told the cashier happily. She sighed and put in the order.

"Your number twenty seven." she said dully, and she gave us two soda cups. We walked over to the soda machine and I got myself a coke. Calypso was eying the machine mysteriously. I took her cup and put it under the faucet.

"You have to push the button, like this." I told her, and I pushed the button and water poured into the cup. I presented it to her dramatically, and she laughed and took it. We sat down at a small table and we talked for a minute before our order was called. I got us our food and I started eating. Calypso eyed the food before taking a bite out of a chicken nugget.

"Wow, it is actually pretty good." she said, and she ate faster.

"I know. Chicken nuggets are the best." I said. We ate our food happily until we were done with it. Calypso only ate half of her nuggets, and almost all of her fries. My food was cleared. I cant stand to let any food on my plate go to waste.

I stood up and took her hand.

"And now for the part where you meet everybody else." I said happily, but she looked nervous. Then I remembered. She would see Percy. That would be awkward. Well, we will just have to deal with that problem when we get there. We started out the door, hand in hand.

Okay! So what did you guys think of it? I am a terrible writer, but ideas come slowly, so you cant blame me.
